My dissappointment is rivers state. If APC had taken rivers, my joy would know no bounds.
I thank God for my state ....imo. to God be all the glory.

Yes am pained because thats my state. My dear state under Wike is no difference with Odili administration. Sentiments apart, we all know what the state was before Ameachi came and how peaceful it was before the political crisis. Yet nobody have been arrested as an Ameachi thug but we all know those who patronise thugs in the state.

my brother....I feel your pain. I am igbo but was born,bred , buttered and currently live and work(and pay my taxes)in PH, so i consider my self a rivers boy .I am even more rivers than so many so called 'indigenes'. Rivers is my state! Let us leave everything to God and pray that the average rivers man is delivered from sentiments and emotions.Let us pray the average rivers man thinks DEVELOPMENT FIRST! Do u remembered that in order for Rivers state to have peace, Ameachi was the brain behind the deployment of troops to Abia state to curb Osisikankwu with Rivers resources?

All those criminals in ph now where on exile but were brought back to fight Ameachi by enemies of the state.

The problem of the rivers man will always be small mindedness. The inability to see the bigger picture because you are focused on petty things.
The hell you are seeing at abuloma/amadi ama will get worse. When doctors were being kidnapped in that area,amaechi told them that the security agencies no longer take orders from him but from abuja.
you dont need a soothsayer to tell you who and who are directly responsible for the violence in many parts.

Rivers people don't know the implication of putting this man up. He is pdp, our president is apc such an imbalance equation already.

When ameachi was apc and GEJ was pdp, things were so damn tough because of the different parties. And now we are making the same mistake.

Ok we all know amaechi hasn't done well, but we could have just let things slide and reason well, instead of pay back and suffer later.

We could have just laid down our pride and do what's right and not be too strong headed. We don't have any source of income as it stands now because GEJ has sold all our oil wells to the bayelsa, nothing is left for us. And where will wike get the money to work on the projects he has promised?

We could have thought about it and not letting our pride solve issues for us. We know what's good why not just do. Now we are going to face another 4 years of hardship, if not 8 years.

amaechi has not done well in what way? That man is the best thing to have come out of that region after bole & fish.

what did the Ijaw President do for Rivers people? GEJ took Rivers oil well and handed it to Bayelsa. Also I want you to name one major project that GEJ completed in Rivers state for 6 yrs in power. He could not even complete the East west road after 6 yrs in office. I am from the ND and GEJ failed the people of ND and I am glad he lost woefully. I wish we had a president like Ameachi instead of GEJ as president in the last 6 yrs. Things in the ND will be different and better.
