Yellow Subs have been sunk. Cant wait to teach Madrid and that mercenary called Mourinho a lesson. . .
Are you guys seeing the telephatic understanding between Messi, Pedro and Villa. Lord have mercy
Remove villa he is selfish, he still thinks this is Valencia where he was the saviour and he has to do everything. Maybe you guys need a striker from the la masia rank who understands team work better than villa. Anyway nice game looking forward to classico.

Eucharia named Falcons coach

Posted: 2009-11-26 09:54

Former international Uche Eucharia has been confirmed as coach of the Super Falcons, Nigeria's women’s national team.

Uche was handed the job in a caretaker capacity after Nigeria's disastrous African Women Championships under Joseph Ladipo, but was suspended, and then fired by NFF President Sani Lulu this year.

She will be assisted by Bala Nikyu, Gidado Abubakar and Ann Chiejine.

Edat Agat was named coach of the womens' Under-20 national team. Former national team captain Florence Omagbemi, Wemimo Olni Olanrewaju and Christopher Alor will be his assistants.

For the Under-17s, Peter Dedevbo was named Head Coach to be assisted by Justine Madugu, Babatunde Sikiru Odubola and one other 'to be decided in a few days'.

I'm so proud of the Falcons. . .they have done us proud. Coach Uche Eucharia has also proved her mettle.

I hereby advocate that we should let the women handle their affairs. If there are other ex-internationals/ex-falcon players that have taken to coaching, they should be put in charge of the U-17 and the U-20. Where are ex-falcon & 1st generation players like Florence Omagbemi, Nkiru Okosieme et al who were team mates of Coach Uche Eucharia?

What more can I say except it feels good to be a Nigerian today.

Up Falcons! Up Female Football! Up Nigerian Football! Up NFF! Up Nigeria!
I am trying to dig up info about her, but she is CAF female footballer of the century and the first female african coach to win an international event. Florence omagbemi is in the under 20 and ann cheijine is assisting in this falcons team.

There is no need for the test you guys are suggesting because it will not fall in line with fifa rules. salimata is a girl until proven otherwise according to fifa rule. checking the genital organs is not part of fifa rule to determine a players gender.

Roma boss Claudio Ranieri is one of the most relieved coaches in Italian football going into tomorrow's game at Juventus.

After a nightmare start to the season, Ranieri's team have found their rhythm and arrive in Turin on the back of three successive league wins.

Wednesday's 3-2 triumph over Fiorentina followed their 2-0 win at Lazio at the weekend and lifted the Giallorossi to sixth in the standings, one point behind Juventus, after 11 games played.

"We are on the right path and this is the most important thing,'' said Ranieri. "We want to return to the leading positions in the standings, something which few people thought we could do early in the season.

"It's difficult to play every three days, but thanks to the will and the determination we are emerging from the hole we were in.

"We have to evaluate the mistakes we made against Fiorentina and focus on the game against Juve.''

Juve sacked Ranieri late in the 2008-09 campaign, a decision that adds spice to the encounter because the Roma coach is still bitter about his removal.

The Turin club have lost just once at home this season.

They go into the game on the back of a 1-1 draw at Brescia, a result that extended Juve's unbeaten run to seven games.

They sit four points behind Serie A leaders AC Milan.

"It's going to be a difficult test for us,'' said Juve coach Luigi Del Neri, who once held the reins of Roma.

"But we have won our last three league games in Turin and we need to make the most of our home games.''

Del Neri will be boosted by the return of Armand Traore, Felipe Melo and Amauri from injury.

However, the hosts will be without Marco Motta, who serves a one-match ban.

Roma welcome back Montenegrin forward Mirko Vucinic, who was rested on Wednesday.

Vucinic is set to partner captain Francesco Totti in Roma's attack.

People ask hundreds of questions on Nairaland everyday get quick answers, so I don't know what you're talking about. Just post a new topic; no big deal.
What i meant was that, there was no need for google baraza because nairaland could have/can fill up the space for that service. Watch your competitors very well, from google baraza it will soon turn to something else. Anyway best of luck i am out of here.

Real Madrid boss Jose Mourinho has been handed a two-match ban for his dismissal during the Copa win over Murcia.

Mourinho will return to the dug-out for Madrid's clash with bitter rivals Barcelona at the Nou Camp on Monday, November 29.

Mourinho took the news in his stride, saying: "There is no problem. It is better that it is me who is sanctioned than an important player.

"Football is full of situations in which control gets lost. The game against Murcia was very easy to referee but I do not want to apologise. I have to accept my errors. When I see Paradas Romero again I will apologise to him."

Spotted an advert for Baraza on Facebook:
And you think there is no way that people can get their questions answered here on nairaland? You have numbers and it seems you don't know what to do with the numbers. Myspace is going down because of that mistake and you can see facebook becoming more active, you just have to make profits or something out of all these numbers.

You should have moved along time ago from relying on adverts to get something out of this site. You should have offered services and transformed from a forum to a portal a long time ago. You still have some time with you, better do it quickly because i see so many Nigerian stuff spinning off that should have been part of this place.

There are four Nigerians in the Equitorial Guinea team. . .2 of them played against South Africa yesterday - Chinasa Okoro (no 15) & the no 7 (Blessing Nwabugwu. . .not sure of the Surname).

Apart from the Nigerians, they also have a Brazilian (Caroline Parreira) and a Spaniard (Jade Boho) in their team.
Hmm i see and thanks for the explianation, i had two objectives for this tournament. I wanted them to qualify and beat guinea and not so concerned about them winning it again. They should just beat guinea even if it is half goals to nothing and set the record straight for good. I am not going to miss this one and i will try everything possible to watch this match online.

But give us live update here if we no see link oooo.

So what do you think about the female coaches and the team play?, what about female football development in nigerial. I think other Africans are developing in the right direction and just like our male teams the female teams is now individual talent. No teamwork or free flowing football and i don't really like that. Play like champions, win and do it comfortably.

I am just too busy, have been trying to create a facebook page and a site for them.

Corruption, smuggling and over importation is affecting this sector very well, we need infrastructures to cut down on production cost. Good storage systems and processing industries so we can minimize waste.
