I will advise you to negotiate between 2.5M with the engineer.
Building a bungalow to finish will take close to 2 and half months and when you factor his wages a month to your plan, you will notice the money sound big with no value.
Most times, the engineer will be on the site for over 9hrs Monday - Saturday!

The recesses are plenty, what type of roof are you using?
If it's hip roof, expect something high, ensure you engage a good carpenter as well to form the roof carcass accordingly.

The right part of the building is about 15 meters and the left part is about 10 meters. Why is the building not square or rectangle? What you have is 14925 x 18225 x 10000 x . This is odd and scattered. Is it the shape of the land?

Lets start with the two bedroom flat to the left:

Why does the VT open directly into the living room? This is old school. VT should not be in the living room. Still focusing on the living room, why is the living room not cross ventilated proper? The outside wall should have about two more windows to achieve cross-ventilation. How would you arrange your furniture in the living room? The dinning table/chairs will be close to the kitchen and you would probably back-up a couch to the outer wall I recommend there should be more windows. Now where will you put your TV or media centre? The living room is designed without a focus wall for a media centre. This is wrong. The Hall way will be dark. Very dark.

A third door in the kitchen should open into the Hall Way to navigate entry from the kitchen into the house without going through the living room and vice versa.

No room has cross-ventilation including living room. This is sad for a hot climate like Nigeria.

The two bedroom to the right:

Same issues. VT opening directly into the living room. Living room has no focus wall for TV or media centre. No cross-ventilation anywhere.

I will recommend having a discussion with the drawer of the plan for an improved floor plan. This one no work.

4. Mini flats: if your plot is located in a location where the higher demograph of people staying there are young people, I do suggest this

There is a company called "Notary Cam" we used to notarise online. They were recommended by Gtbank and charged £50 pounds or so in 2024.

It was fast and but las las a good way to chop peoples money

In order to kill procrastination, I decided to select and book a date (17th of August) for my theory test...
Presently i do score 46/50 with the 4 in 1 app
So far 47 max however I do score 4/5 on the average on hazard perception but sometimes would score zero on the same hazard perception

Is there sth I have not understood or getting wrong
I get shocked and confused whenever this happens... I only use the 4 in 1 app (self study)

I don't think discipline has anything to do with beating/flogging a child, we have that in Nigeria yet the rate of cultism particularly in low income neighborhoods is staggering. Can you say teenages are better behaved in Nigeria compared to the UK due to the training they recieved?

Nigerians need to unlearn the habit that beating a child equals disciplining the child.
