In any event, Buhari would never allow himself to be defeated. Atiku is on a wide goose chase with his elections tribunal matter. He should go enjoy his wealth in peace. Those judges in the Supreme Court do not have the courage to declare Atiku winner since they are largely compromised by the Federal Government.

The lower courts can mess up but not the Supreme Court because of the legal precedents their judgments make.

Supreme Court rulings are laws of it own. If they rule against the provision any section of our law, that section automatically becomes null and void and their ruling subsisting unless repealed by them.

So the whole country will be watching.

Yes, we are all watching. But I don't have an ounce of confidence in the Supreme Court under the leadership of a sharia judge with 23 kids.

I work in the justice sector and I can categorically tell you that both the Nigerian Bar and Bench are in shambles. The justices of the Supreme Court do not possess the institutional independence and the courage to unseat Buhari and nullify his election.

The disgrace meted to Former CJN, justice Onnoghen was to ensure that Buhari has a smooth sail in the tribunal after rigging himself into office. Buhari is a dictator and he would never allow those judges of the Supreme Court to disgrace him (even though he deserves it). Atiku should forget about his Presidential dream jareeee.
