PRYCE:As a lover of the people I will keep sticking to that butt as long as in the end it will liberate you from that state of hopelessness and helplessness. |
TonyeBarcanista:Nooo, I believe Chris Finebone go don first you submit CV there. Remain for PDP and grab that one, Metuh belle don big reach. |
PRYCE:Oponu, did anybody accuse GEJ of misusing EFCC? In fact, was there EFCC during GEJ's tenure? We only had EFCC for Yahoo boys because he believed there was no corrupt politician in his tenure, not even Tinubu . Go and argue with elder Clark. |
modath:Exactly my thoughts. The PDP in Rivers wants to take their pound of flesh from Amaechi for BETRAYING his brother and ruffling their daughter's feathers and want to blackmail the president with his anti corruption stands to achieve it. It doesn't work that way. I don't care if he's jailed tomorrow but they will never get it their way, Amaechi will be a minister this week. The nation must move away from politics of "our son" which do not have any bearing on the ordinary people in the streets. As we speak there are poor people in Otuoke who are dying from lack of adequate medical care while Jonathan and his family will take the next flight out if they have common headache. I just returned from a trip to a country where I was treated to a world class medical attention with medical facilities like you see only in Hollywood FREE of charge just by walking in when I fell ill. The earlier the youth realize these things the better it will be for this generation. Wike and his cohorts are not fighting for Rivers people but for their political survival, I will say it again. |
PRYCE:Don't be daft, Buhari doesn't work for EFCC. In the proper way, antigraft agencies are completely insulated from the government which is what is kind of happening now. Keep your cries with Lamorde and quit mentioning the president when your dick will not get up whenever you want to shag your girlfriend. |
TonyeBarcanista:Hmmmmmm, you are working very hard. Metuh's job is on the line I guess. ![]() |
TonyeBarcanista:No, around now. Should be in P town Tuesday. |
TonyeBarcanista:I agree with you. It's a disease across board nowadays. Younger generation seems to be growing into it too. |
Arizonaguy:The EFCC boss is trying very hard to save his job, that doesn't mean they have nothing on Akpabio. The petitioner, Leo Ekpeyong did due diligence on this case and seems to have some compelling facts on the issue. This has nothing to do with APC or PDP, it's a purely Akwa Ibom people matter. Delta state former governor is PDP, there are very huge corruption cases that can be instituted against him, yet nobody talks about him maybe because nobody has been able to articulate them against him. I still see some hands of Udom in Akpabio's current travails right from the invasion of the govt house. That guy seems not to be comfortable with Akpabio's ways. |
gbassa:Use your head when you type trash. Where did you see Akpabio opposing Buhari's government? Akpabio has made more supportive comments about this government more than APC members themselves. He even celebrated and holds to his heart the calls made to him by the president and his vice while he went on medical tourism in the UK. The earlier you guys know Buhari has no inputs into the current activities of the EFCC the better for you guys. But if in the spirit of wailing, you guys can continue. |
TonyeBarcanista:On your first bolded, sometimes you just have to accept we are first humans before being anybody in life. It doesn't make him unfit for his job. On Ambode, he's just a fool for representing a former governor of his state when he's an incumbent governor. Still I hear he is working seriously for the rural people in Lagos, and doing it transparently so far. If he sustains, that is the major reason he was elected. If he likes let him be representing NURTW chairmen in occasions, he is writing part of his history there. |
ndcide:Blackmail is never encouraged in a progressive society. If indeed Amaechi is guilty nobody will save him. I wonder why the sudden agents of anti corruption in the Niger Delta are silent on Uduaghan, if Amaechi is a thief, Uduaghan is a highway robber. Why is nobody shouting about Ochendo? Amaechi will be a minister, he deserves it like every other minister we have had. He is excellently brilliant and will bring a lot to his ministry. We will not allow some pained few to dictate the way we want to go in the journey to liberate Nigeria from where the same people took us to. Nice day...am done here too. |
ndcide:Saraki will not be jailed because anyone apart from the courts say so. If people are convicted and jailed because some disgruntled people say so, I bet you not many politicians will be out of jail today including Tinubu, Jonathan, Wike etc. We know you people's desperation and it will not work this time. |
ndcide:The desperation beclouds the veracity of your claims. What is the relationship of this petitions with his clearance by the senate as a nominated minister? I have asked before and I will ask again, does being a minister confer immunity on someone? Isn't it glaring that all these petitions will cease immediately Amaechi is dumped by the president? Most of us are not as far as you think about the issues and feelings of some people about Amaechi, his membership of APC and his roles in the enthronement of Buhari. The height of deception here is trying to insulate your bile against Amaechi from his role in dethroning Jonathan and at the same time court Odili the man who should face more heat for his 8yr rule. How many outcry and petitions did we see against Odili even up till this moment? It is not a crime to be angry and wanting to punish Amaechi over his support of Buhari over his "brother" but you guys should be man enough to own it and let the whole nation who he wants to serve join in judging him. Let me restate my interest that I will not flinch an eyelid if Amaechi is found guilty tomorrow and sent to jail but this current desperation that seems to satisfy some equally treacherous few will never get my support and will continue to air my view about it. |
okpurukata:Who reminded him before he took him on the trip to the US? The president is not as small minded as those folks from Peterkwa. Anybody who thinks Buhari will abandon a man who supported him to victory after 3 failed attempts because of some local vile players in Portharcourt is a slowpoke. There's no moral compass as high as doing the right thing at the right time. Wike and co should and sleep in the courts, Amaechi will be a minister by next week. Simple as ABC. |
ndcide:Does a minister of the federal republic of Nigeria have immunity against prosecution? No, so you guys should slow down your desperation. We all know this is a pound of flesh for BETRAYING his region. Will the whole nation sit and watch such myopic and ethnocentric position sail through? Next week shall tell. |
advocates:You deserve some very chilled drinks for this. This has been my arguments all along. For me, it's not about the veracity of their claims at the moment but the motives behind their actions which they have never hidden even before the elections. Truth is these guys can take this man's life if he's not careful. The desperation is very clear and open to discerning minds. They have exhausted every instrument of blackmail including courting the president and trying to subtly blackmail him on his change mantra. But Nigerians know and see beyond their shenanigans, IT'S ABOUT AMAECHI IS A TRAITOR AND MUST BE PUNISHED. Who will expect the president to pander to such sentiments? Only fools will do. For Christ's sake why the desperation? Does a minister have immunity against prosecution? |
donxab:Are you reading those detailed allegations though? That Ekpeyong has proof and seems to be very serious about it. Anyone who has such details on Amaechi, Fashola and the rest should go and submit them and insist. Are you not surprised of all Amaechi is a thief and the rest nobody has been able to pinpoint any property anywhere in this country linked to him? For me I would really love anyone who has proofs including even those hidden under surrogates to present them and pursue them vigorously. Not the current one that just look like punishment for his support for Buhari to remove Jonathan. |
nerodenero:George Bush senior did not resign, junior did not resign, Clinton did not resign and Obama is resigning to fate over ISIS before Putin is coming to the rescue now. They all showed will power and commitments to fighting terror and exactly what PMB is doing at the moment. Setting a Dec deadline is a strategy to ginger the security forces to put in more effort just like companies set targets for salesmen. If after 4 years Buhari fails in all ramifications like GEJ did, Nigerians will not hesitate to show him the door. No sentiments. |
TonyeBarcanista:You are a fraud. 99% of those who voted for Buhari never did so because they believe he will defeat BH even before the end of the year. There's a limit to you and your fellows stupidity. Nigerians voted PDP out because of the monumental heists and impunity they committed and they have had enough. They also believed Buhari with his integrity which many of your leaders that matter have alluded to will sanitize a broken system. Be advised, never stretch this your luck on Nairaland too far. |
chukwudi44:Can see you are trying very hard to mimick your lords on this forum. Does the PDP know what is called saner climes and resignation? Do you know the country is battling on all angles to clean up the mess you left? BH and the economy are the biggest part of your mess the man is trying very hard to clean up. Insha Allah, he will clean them up and the PDP will forever relapse into oblivion. Remember the part of occupation of territories have been totally cleaned up and now they have resorted to just throwing of bombs. Security experts can tell you we are winning the war against them. |
chukwudi44:If only the former government never tried to use BH to gain sympathy from gullible Nigerians. You guys just think Nigerians are that easily forgetful. Whatever happens to "Buhari is the sponsor of BH" "The north created BH to make the country ungovernable for Jonathan" "APC is a supporter of APC party formed after the Muslim brotherhood in Kenya" Even some Christians went ahead to make audio tapes of how this man wants to islamize the whole nation and that is why he is sponsoring BH. Whilst you people were on this, multitude increased their hatred for the man Buhari and PDP's approval rating soared higher as many saw Buhari as the devil's advocate who must not be allowed to get to Aso Rock. For every bomb that detonated during the last government, for every blood they spilled, the hatred for the man Buhari leaped in bounds but God in His infinite mercies knew what He has in mind for the nation. We are not all stupid. |
ZYZZA:You will be alright some day. |
Pavore9:These people make me laugh. Late Alams was found with Bayelsa's £1,000,000 cash in London and they still say he is the governor general of the Ijaw nation. The same people cry of underdevelopment. |
AmakaZiggy:To Ogun, Amadioha or Ifa? God will never answer such wicked prayers. |
bunmayo123:Will these hypocrites ever agree on any case of corruption against GEJ and his wife? They sat, clapped and watch a government that sold crude at above $100 most of their 5yrs fritter away everything and did everything for them to continue only to hypocritically start wailing only few days into a new government. I continue to say no PDP apologist have any right to complain about this government, not now. Only when they openly confessed the bled Nigeria to death that I will start taking them serious. For now they are all silly clowns.
|
omenka:The problems in that banner transcends name. Is that banner what the PDP, the erstwhile largest party in Africa filled with money bags can fly on a whole NEC meeting? I will not expect to see such a poorly designed and hungry looking banner to be used for a ward meeting in Borno. Is this not evident all the monies that was purportedly being donated by money bags and business gurus have actually been coming from our vaults? Only 5 months out of CBN's vaults and this is what we see. PDP is hungry, I will plead the APC to leave Kogi and Bayelsa states for them as taking over them will amount to no other than bullying. It is just too glaring now that the only thing that kept the PDP together as a party was our national treasury and it is only unfortunate for them they WILL NEVER smell it again as a party. |
I only hope beneath those tears something tells her and others nationwide this life is all vanity and that whenever they find themselves in public office they should seek to do only good and the will of God for the masses. What is really the profit of gaining everything from this world albeit fraudulently and still die in this manner? I wish all our politicians can just learn a lesson from this man's life and death. It's all vanity, just not worth it. |
Heart attack for the ethnic jingoists. The same Wike who said he's not interested if Amaechi is minister or not is the same man sponsoring petitions here and there against his confirmation. Village mentality politicians. I only pity the gullible ones here who think Wike is fighting for their interest, they will know sooner than later he is fighting for his own survival. The only reason I am so concerned and against their so called accusation of this man is its ethnic coloration and the tag "traitor and betrayal". |
MizMyColi:You have zilch moral right to tell me of any antecedents. I think you should stay offline more as you will make more sense being there. |
MizMyColi:Don't add bitterness, you are a woman. Except you are a transgender. Remember rants don't change anything. |
MizMyColi:This is how it should be. |
