Truckpusher:The population of Yorubas in Rivers state almost equal the indigenes. Discuss. |
Nuellah02:Exactly my sister. Those guys were just taking lives as if they were killing mosquitoes. Imagine going into a home and killing anything on sight all in the name of politics and the next day you want to kneel down before God in pretence. He cannot be mocked, never!
|
TonyeBarcanista: Sad one for democracy indeed! The real sad one was the one that happened on April 11th. The blood of the old man and his 6 children murdered in Obrikom will forever hunt Wike and Felix Obuah till they confess and recompense. |
Seculent:I actually pasted the plus. The cost of the 6S 16gb is $649. And that's where he took his reference from. |
Seculent:Learn not to argue if you can't make simple research.
|
dammytosh:That's the Nigerian price. The price on Apple store is $799. |
Slider phone in this age? That's the spoiler IMO. Don't like sliding phones. |
Master planners. All these Rivers local politicians should stop disturbing the peace of Nigerians. I am just so miffed the sophisticated Rivers man I used to know have been reduced to some local low reasoning being by some greedy and self serving politicians. |
Foolish presidential aides on the prowl. |
demarc001:He said it on national TV in front of representatives of the whole country. He has said before openly he's not corrupt. Anyone with a contrary opinion should go on TV to present it. Full stop. |
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RRSvMyDMsQA This is the video where the fraudster was exposed. I have always known he's a fraud. No serious Igboman takes him serious that's why they go about their normal business and continue to open up big businesses in the north on daily basis. |
donphilopus:Free that FreeCunt of a girl. The PDP has no moral standing to back out from questioning Amaechi based on one ill motivated petition. Everyone knows a script written by Nyesom Wicked and Secondus can never see the light of the day in that senate. Is it Akpabio that is facing cases of corruption with the EFCC that will boycott a screening process for corruption allegation reasons? Let him resign his position and clear his name if he wants to be taken seriously on this. Meanwhile, I feel their pains. This is Amaechi's second victory over his enemies after Mar 28th. I have been in PH for the past 3 days and all I see here are pockets of gloomy faces of "PAINMENT" all around me. |
Hello Nairalanders, I have been busy since morning. How many of the WAILERS on this street have renounced their PDP membership like Ohimai since they were mercilessly dismantled by the roaring lion of Ubima, the slayer of the Otuoke clan? I can see they are avoiding threads since that onslaught against them. Meanwhile, I have been moving around PH since afternoon and have been seeing people wailing uncontrollably. May God heal their sorrow. |
Acidosis:Akpabio now has corruption charges dangling on his head. I think in this same fashion he ought to resign from the senate to face them squarely. Or is he also qualified to be in the senate when being accused of corruption? That Amaechi or Akpabio are being accused of corruption do not make them corrupt until a court of competent jurisdiction convict them of such allegations. The PDP senators were just playing a written script written by Secondus and Wike which cast a lot of aspersions on the motive behind the whole petition and the probe itself. The chairman of the ethics committee is a PDP man and he must have cleared Amaechi for screening before being called into the chambers. The DSP is a PDP man and was involved in the decision for him to appear before the senate. So what are we talking about? Akpabio and co were only pained the hurdles they wanted to put in Amaechi's way has been rendered useless by a unified APC house caucus. They earlier thought the division in APC because of Saraki will aid them to have their way but I have always maintained that will never happen. PDP should just go and lick their wounds as it is very glaring Saraki has just been using them to keep his seat. It's now very obvious he will never allow them have their way when it concerns his party against them. It's high time they let him face his music squarely. |
hinwazaka:Eyaah, I can see frustration in your comments so far. I told you guys before now but you were jumping about like a dog over a dangled bone. I pity you people, I am seeing a lot of gloom and wailing in Portharcourt today. Elemies of plogless. |
For how long will this PDP and its online minions continue to live in these deceptions? This is how you all will continued to be fooled with stories without bearing till 2019. Tinubu forming new party and that bull crap and I can really see matured men rejoicing and jumping up and down on it. It's a shame, my 8yr old son won't buy into this ogogoro and dogmeat joint news. |
Where are the wailers who said they are wailing for a better Nigeria? Are they avoiding a laudable project by their party man because the lovable president went to kick it off? Where is barcanista? Come and thank and congratulate the president for putting Nigeria first before party, no be only curse una go sabi. It's very significant that he's not even there for commissioning of a project but ground breaking. Very commendable. |
fratermathy:Why didn't you say Urhobo is lingustically tied to Isoko? The Uvwies migrated from Erowha. You do not know this history, so don't distort it. Isoko migrated from Benin just like the Urhobos, they even arrived first. |
fratermathy:Are you here to distort history or to educate people? Isoko is not Urhobo and has never been Urhobo. They all migrated from Benin in different times. Is Esan Bini or vice versa? Is Etsako people Ora or Igarra? You don't have to bring age long contentious issues and state them as facts in a public forum. Don't rewrite people's history for them. |
dipopooo:Seek knowledge before blabbing. Kifasi was appointed by the last government. It's you that's not thinking fast now. |
FOLYKAZE:Just a balance of appointments, federal character. The SGF is from his region. He will be replaced with someone maybe from the south. |
HzRF:Kini big deal? |
modath:Barcanista was too neck deep into a failed project which he never believed will fail and couldn't just retrace his steps. He agrees there were too many gaffes in the last administration which he exposed and spoke against severally. Now he only hopes his new project, PDP finds a way to self cleanse which is a very tall order. |
Goke7:They have resolved in the senate at least to do things thoroughly. If they don't, people will still complain. Personally for me more questions should follow answers in case they are not satisfied like in the case of Fashola where people are still not satisfied with his responses to website and borehole costs. They were supposed to grill him more on them. |
chymystique:This Amaechi ministerial issue seems to be making some of you in PH go mad and naked. What manner of hatred you people have for your kinsman. Bayelsa and Ekiti governors have shown you people how no to be too bitter about your brethren. Amaechi is a minister of the federal republic of Nigeria, you guys can start running mad in the streets. |

You pulled that from your anus abi? That line is never in the whole of the article. Continue misleading your Nairaland goons. |
IzonOwei:I would rather not blame whatever is happening at EFCC on the president as at now. The president himself is not happy and satisfied with whatever is going on there and that's why he set up a committee headed by Sagay to advise of which they have not submitted their reports. What you should ask yourself is what has the EFCC being doing about Sylva's case all this while? What have they even done with anyone's case? Do you really think Buhari called Lamorde and asked him to hands off Sylva's case while he himself is complaining the anti graft agencies are not effective? Lots of these things have too much been politicised. By the time we have an effective judicial system and anti graft agencies which hopefully the new minister of justice and the national assembly should put together (If the PDP in there will allow) then I can begin to judge the president on the fight against corruption. For now it's still work in progress and the PDP seems to be jumping the gun. Me and you know they would rather nothing is done and the status quo ante remains, na their way far back. For now you guys should forget about Amaechi not being confirmed a minister, it's not in national interest. |
IzonOwei:That's the unacceptable line of blackmail the PDP has been trying to use in hoodwinking the president into dropping Amaechi. These things don't happen that way. It smacks of nothing else other than desperation and blackmail. The underlying factor is a minister is not having immunity so the PDP should should forget their ambition of not seeing him as a minister and pursue their case against him in court. For now, we all assume he is being trumped up because of his role in the last elections. It will be foolhardy for the APC to allow that happen. For me I will like to see him in jail if he's guilty but not on this PDP desperate and vendetta looking terms. On the APC being on witch hunting, it's still too early for me to jump to such conclusions as we still looking. It will not serve me any good if the president pursues PDP ONLY and leave APC thieves to be gallivanting about. That is not what we fought for, I know the value of a corruption free society enough not to be in such shoes. |
IzonOwei:Smell the coffee my man. You used to be very objective. The way and manner the senators from Rivers and the PDP in Rivers and now extending to national are handling the Amaechi issue tells no other thing other than political witch hunt. This is just because of his role in the dethronement of GEJ. Do you think the APC who's the beneficiary of this should allow PDP do such? Not even in the US will any party allow that. The desperation to stop Amaechi is just too much. The majority leader echoed what I said yesterday, being a minister doesn't confer immunity on anyone. They still have every time to pursue him on his alleged looting of Rivers but if they are trying by all means to stop his confirmation, it only points to vendetta which the whole nation will not grant them. Just remove political consideration and view this from a neutral angle and you will see the point here. |
TonyeBarcanista:You know Lai doesn't lie. He's just smarter and more articulate than his opponents. This guy am talking about is a demon, yet he's a GO of a church. Fact is many of his victims do not know he lies to them. |
TonyeBarcanista: The only person I know in APC is my cousin who incidentally is the Delta state chairman and a pastor in PH. Ironically, that guy lies more than 7 demons put together. I just pity Delta APC because of that man and only pray Delta state should not taste APC while he is still ruminating with them. |

.....would you not agree that the apc led government is on a vendetta witch hunting mission from their recent anti corruption war
