They were instance both in the north and south that card readers didn't work but atleast we can say 70% of the election was done with card readers and that was why PDP couldn't over rig it like in the past OK.

If there was no card readers probably states like Delta,Rivers,Akwa Ibom etc would have turn out more votes than they did in 2015.

As long care readers are use like in Kogi,Edo,Ondo,Ekiti,Osun,Bayelsa,Anambra and other bye elections, I don't see how PDP will come out on top because results so far since the use of card readers and after fake voters were remove point to the facts that PDP was rigging past elections with fake votes
