The world should get ready! Unless we use policies to limit the application of Artificial Intelligence, AI will take almost all the jobs!

In Japan, robots started performing funeral rites long ago and those who patronise their services say it's cheaper than those of Buddhist priests. If robots can perform religious rituals, what else is left?
There will be a serious riot as people will revolt. Too many people will be poor if robots tske all the jobs. Karl max talked about this. "Workers of the world rebel, you have nothing to loose but your chans". Capitalists cannot sack everyone because robots can do everything. It won't work

A Man is only loved as long as he provide.. that's not love anyway. So men should be heartless same way like women. If she's only there for what you have then use her as sex machine too and dumb her
Traditional African culture is aware of this. It may be part of rge reason only women who could have children were reckoned with. Maybe our forefathers noticed women dont really love us and the only thing to gain from them is children. So fertility was important to ancient men.
Even at that female sexuality was closely guarded and ancient men
1. Married women when they were young an fertile.
3. Made sure they guarded their sexuality to stop paternity fraud
3. Made sure they got children from them.

As per sex, these women may even enjoy it more than us. They can even have multiple orgasms. It's when we dump them that it really hurts them.
Ancient man might be crude and harsh but he had a point

Killing to survive

Why is it that feeding in our world so often demands killing? Have you thought about this?

Across land and sea, we consume animals to sustain our physical bodies. This isn’t a condemnation of meat consumption, rather it’s an invitation to reflect on a deeper question: Why are our bodies biologically wired to depend on the flesh of other living beings?

Now consider the staggering scale of suffering this system produces. Billions of animals are slaughtered each year, millions each day, many enduring fear, pain, and distress before death. If this world were truly the creation of a wholly benevolent force, wouldn’t such widespread death and suffering seem inherently contradictory? Wouldn't the creator of our world think of a better way for living things to survive that wouldn't involve the violent murder of weaker beings?

And this pattern isn’t limited to humans. In the animal kingdom, survival is often a cruel equation; watching one’s young be taken, living under constant threat, and killing to avoid starvation. It’s not just nature; it’s a relentless cycle of trauma woven into the very fabric of life on Earth.

If as I believe this world is overseen by forces that feed on emotional energy like pain, fear, and suffering, then what better design could there be than this one? A planet where survival itself ensures a constant stream of anguish... for humans and animals alike.

I employ everyone reading this to take a moment to really ponder on this.
The issue is that the universe was perfect until the introduction of sin. It is the introduction of sin that made humans depend on animals for food and for animals to eat each other. Sin is like a virus that damages the operating system called the universe.
The bible says when din is eradicated.
1. Animals will not eat each other. The lion snd the lamb will lie down together.
2. It is afams sin that made humans to start eating animals. Fruit is the original food of man.
That is why spirituality and religion says that the present universe is damaged.
You have to get it. A new universe that is not damaged will be created one day.
I repeat a new universe will be created. Its because we humans are so limited in thinking that we cannot conceptualise a new universe free of the virus of sin.
In fact, the fact that we humans go to war is stupid of us. We can't even love in peace with each other

One of Osimhen’s u17 mate is playing in Brazil
One in Middle East
And then in NPFL
Basically, the Brazilian league or any good south American league is just as good as any league outside European top 5 leagues. So the Brazilian league is as good as the Dutch or Belgium, Portuguese, Turkish, Greek etc league.
Also, a good african league is better than all these obscure Lithuania, Moldovan etc eagues some of our players go.
In fact, doing well in the south american or african leagues can get you to Europe. Even if it doesn't at least one will have a good career. This is how our goalkeeper in the south african league seems at least competent.

Hello everyone!

In this thread, I’ll be exploring a new dimension of my research; as the title suggests, I’ll be examining the idea that humanity as we know it today exist in a programmed environment, much like a simulation. I understand this may sound weird or even far-fetched, but I encourage you to keep an open mind and draw your own conclusions based on the information I’ll present.

Let’s dive in.
There is nothing new about your saying. Religion and God's prophets have been saying sonething similar for ages.
This is why the Bible says this physical world is controlled by the devil who is an evil cosmic force and who operates on lies.
The truth is jesus christ and reality the eternal life he offers. Thus is why religion says this present physical world will end. The new heaven and earth God will create is ultimate reality. It will be free from the manipulation of sin and rhe devil.
In reality, our minds, governmental institutions, political keadwrs etc are being controlled by the devil and his demons who us a liar and a false realist.
Jesus is ultimate reality.
This is just a religious interpretation. I'm trying to let you see that what you are saying is not entirely new or strange.
Heaven, the spirit world and God are ultimate realities
CrimeRe: List Of Sexual Harassment That We Think Is Normal In Nigeria by Philosopher1979: 4:46pm On May 09, 2025
Alamkiir:
I have been following the alleged sexual harassment of Natasha Akpoti by the Senate president Akpabio. I have decided to create a list of sexual harassment Nigerians do everyday that we assume is normal. Feel free to add yours.

1. Chasing after a woman/man on the road despite them repeatedly telling you to stop

2. Forcefully Holding a womans/mans hand while trying to woo them.

3. Calling a man/woman your husband/wife jokingly

4. Getting a womans/mans phone number from their friends and harassing them through calls.

5. Looking at woman/man seductively

Add yours
You are copying the western model and it won't work.
For example, the number 5 looking at someone seductively is inconclusive. What may be seen as seductive by a person may nit be seductive to another person. For example, I look at people a lot and can that be termed seductive. I even have eyes that ladies claim are mesmerising and so if I look at a lady, it's harrasment because my eyes Re powerful and inviting. Sexual harrasment is bad but false claims of sexual hatrasment are also worse.
Also, it's a socially agreed on convention that men must toast wimen or make the first move when it comes to romance. So a mans effort to get a girlfriend or wife is based in him approaching a lady.
If these kind of laws are taken seriously.
1.menwill stop toasting women
2. There will be husband shortage since men will refuse to marry

BRIDE ALLEGEDLY MURD£RS HUSBAND NINE DAYS AFTER WEDDING IN KANO

A deeply disturbing incident has sent shockwaves through the Farawa community in Kano State, where a young bride is alleged to have murd£red her husband just nine days after their wedding.

According to reports, the tragic event occurred on the night of Monday, May 5, 2025. Eyewitness accounts and local sources reveal that the bride first poisoned her husband by serving him a lemon drink suspected to have been laced with toxic substances. Afterward, she allegedly slit his throat in what residents are describing as a brutal and calculated attack.

The marriage, which took place on Sunday, April 27, was reportedly arranged among relatives. Sources close to the family allege that there was no strong affection between the couple and that the groom was persuaded into accepting the union.

Our sources further report that angry youths in the neighborhood attempted to take justice into their own hands following the incident. However, swift intervention by security operatives prevented a possible mob action. The suspect has since been taken into custody, though authorities have yet to disclose her current location, likely to prevent further unrest.

The motive behind the kill!ng remains unclear, and investigations are ongoing.

2/2 aerial duels won.
9 recoveries.
11 clearances.
5 headed clearances.
4 tackles.
2 Interceptions.
3/3 successful dribbles.

Salzburg dominated possession 76% - 24% but it didn't matter as Nwaiwu frustrated them in defence and even scored. A truly dominant defensive performance.

I had a skin disease an it was spreading fast, I was praying day and night and reading my Bible for months, but the irony was that I had medication to combat it, but since I was in the religious mindset, I read books on healing and faith especially Kenneth hagin books and my mom who is devoutly religious asked me not to use my medication as prescribed by the physician but to use holy Communion and anointing oil and have strong faith, she was even blaming my lack of recovery on my weak faith, i woke up one morning and discovered that it had spread all over my body aggressively and i had to be hospitalized, my doctors warned me that i should not skip my medications again and then it dawned on me why would I be praying and holy and my conditions deteriorate, my eyes opened by asking that single question, then i deductive concluded that religion is fake, faith doesnt work, now that I use my drugs my symptoms are under control

My deconversion was instant
The medication itself is an answer to prayer. The intelligence God gave man us a blessing and using it to create drugs ir machines is an answer to orayer. Scientific discoveries is a blessing from God who gave man wisdom.

An example.
A man was about to drown in water and prayed to God to help him. He saw an helicopter but refused to go in it. When he died he told the angel that his prayer was not answered but then, the angel told him he sent an helicopter but he refused to tske it.
So you get it.
The problem is that some religious ideologies believe the physical world and himsn knowledge is in total opposition to God. However, this is not always true

Prominent media figure Frank Edoho discusses why many women are not attracted to overly friendly men.

He shared his views during a conversation in a recent episode of the TVC talk show, The Black Table.

The previous host of ‘Who Wants To Be a Millionaire’ suggested that women tend to be drawn to “bad boys” who occasionally show them kindness.

“There was an article I saw on a blog that intrigued me. The topic was, ‘What is that red flag that you admire in the opposite sex?’

“The question was channelled to women. Although, I am of the school of thought that men shouldn’t be nice all the time, the answers I got further my resolve that men should not even be nice at all.

“Women were answering, do you know what I saw? There was one I saw that says, ‘I like it when my man tells me, ‘I don’t want to repeat myself again’.’ She said it turns her on.

“Others said that they like it when their man wax them, not extremely but shows power, it turns them on.

“There are some strange things going on in the minds of these women that you are trying to be nice to. I am not saying all of them are like that but majority of women don’t like nice guys. They want bad guys that are nice to them sometimes.”

This characteristic of women makes them fall into the hands of ritualistic, yahoo boys, criminals, irresponsible men etc.

Most times, parents are to blame. There is no young girl that purposely want to lock herself up unless the extreme introverts.
Back then, I had always been an indoor person and still is one because of home training.
I could be indoors for weeks except when I am going to church, market etc.
But now, I try to go out.
Now am home to spend time with family before going back...
Just last night, I had a big argument with my mum, she said I am lost! She doesn't know me anymore..... Says I go out and come back anytime and she can't trust me.
Hian! Like seriously? I cannot go out in peace again ni. When has going out to hangout spots and seeing friends become a crime? They just want me to be indoors from morning till night.
Its shameful as to how I would go out and be hurrying to leave so that darkness would not meet me but trust Lagos holdup, you would definitely get home when darkness sets in.
So my point is, if you check out, most Nigerian parents are part and parcel of this problem all because they want their daughters to be good girls.
Anyway, its all good. If you can't train your children well, who will?
The real issue is poor social skills. In an effort to make a child a good boy or girl some Nigerian parents shut down the social life if their children. These kind of children when they grow up do not k iw hiw to relate with people, have few friends and are socially awkward. Also, we don't listen to our children and this affects their self confidence. These problems spill over into getting married to a good man or woman. Poor social skills, inability to express oneself confidently etc

Yeah you are right. Chelle has to listen to eguavin if he wants to succeed. The issue is eguavon should have been retained after the failed world cup qualifiers against Ghana. That would have given him enough time to mould the team. Also, he should have succeeded peseiro and not the inexperience finidi. I also noticed eguavon actually learn from peseiro. In his mashes he went from 3 4 3 to 4 3 3 and other formations.
Thirdly chele does not understand our players he badly needs eguavon. I believe he will be humble enough to learn from him.

This Kanu's slander is really getting outta hand.

No Nigerian player is as good as Nwankwo Kanu. Not just about his skills but his brilliance on the ball and the kind of goals he scores.
I remember numerous occasions where Naija will be needing a goal, and once you saw Papilo jogging you Know penalty don come.
It was a script that played out countless times.Kanu was Naija's Joker then. Football then was traditional and not statistical like it's now. Impacting and influencing a game then was what great players do and not necessarily goals.
A player might dribble 4 defenders, destroy a defence and then pass the ball into the penalty box. The player he passed to might now pass to the striker to score. The most effective player was the player who dribbled and created the chance or space but statistics may not show it. There are players like that. Kanu is like that.

Remember his pass to utaka that made us defeat cameroon.
Statistics can be limiting. There are many matches we would not have won if not for kanu

I complained about this to meta ai and it added this to it

You're suggesting that the Nigerian football team's past successes, particularly the 1994 "Golden Generation," may be limiting their current aspirations and mindset. This phenomenon is often referred to as the "curse of past success" or "success-induced complacency."

The Psychology of Past Success
Research in psychology suggests that past successes can indeed create a psychological barrier, making it challenging for individuals or teams to strive for even greater achievements. This can be attributed to various factors, such as:

- *Complacency*: Becoming too comfortable with past successes and lacking the motivation to push beyond them.
- *Fear of failure*: Being hesitant to take risks or try new approaches due to the fear of not meeting or exceeding past achievements.
- *Mental ceiling*: Unconsciously setting a mental limit on what is possible, based on past successes.

Breaking the Psychological Barrier
To overcome this barrier, it's essential to recognize and challenge these limiting mindsets. This can involve:

- *Reframing past successes*: Viewing past achievements as a foundation for future growth, rather than a ceiling.
- *Setting new goals*: Establishing ambitious targets that encourage innovation and progress.
- *Embracing a growth mindset*: Fostering a culture that values learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Victor Osimhen's Achievement
As you mentioned, Victor Osimhen's achievement of winning the African Footballer of the Year award is an excellent example of breaking through this psychological barrier. His success demonstrates that Nigerian footballers can still achieve great things and excel on the international stage.

We need to evolve beyond 4 4 2 as soon as possible.
Then the 1994 set can be a stumbling block. It can be a psychological barrier.
It is as if we think we cannot achieve more than them. We seem to believe getting to the semi finals of the world cup or wining 3 successive editions of the nations cup is impossible. We are not thinking of achieving more than that generation. We see their achievements as the limit. That is mythical, unscientific and very weird. It's as if we see getting to the second round of the world cup as mythical and impossible to surpass. One football commentator said nigeria getting to the final of the world cup was unrealistic. I'm happy morocco which does not do well in the nations cup proved us wrong.
The 94 set is a stumbling block and not an inspiration and this is the tragedy.
We need to make our history and forget about 94. We can do better.
There are psychological barriers that need to be broken. It's funny and sad.

At least victor osimhen and ademola lookman broke the barrier by winning african footballer of the year. Some people before osimhens time might believe we can't win african footballer of the year because the gods of 94 cannot be surparssed

A player like Iwobi has no replacement at the moment.
He shouldn't have been substituted in the last game except for injury. His passing game would have ensured the SE retained some possession, and also stoping the Zimbabweans from going all out when they had the ball because of the fear of a quick and sleek counter-attack from Iwobi. Everything changed when Iwobi was substituted.

There won't be a creative spark from the SE if Iwobi is benched and that will leave the defense with some more pressure to deal with because if you're not attacking then you're defending.
So if iwobi is injured or rendered impotent, then Nigerian team will be defeated.
Please let us try other alternatives to iwobi in our friendlies. Ebenezer akinsanmiro, olawoyin in Turkey, victor eletu or other options.
See our opponents are watching us. So if south africa wants to defeat us, they will mark iwobi out of the game and that is all.
We need to try other options in friendlies l. The funny thing us one can even play with 2 playmakers at the same time.
Just let us try them in friendlies.
I keep saying that opposition teams are better coaches than us.
Most of our coaches do not sound too intelligent. Our tactics are just too predictable for any intelligent opposition coach to counter. God please give our coaches wisdom

Ekong build from the back?
Our coaches do not appear to be toonintelligent. Just do a 3 man centre back and let olisah ndah build from back with 2 other defenders behind him. Uche and inyeka in midfield. Try akinsanmiro as an attacking midfielder. Try it in a friendly
Our coaches should pray to God for wisdom. Wisdom of the way to use our players us the main problem of our team.
Almight God please give our coaches Wisdom as you gave Solomon.
The sat we get a ciach who understands us we will achieve great things.
The coach of zimbabwe should be our coach. Our opponents see our weaknesses while we don't.
Instead of tactics we keep talking of leagues the player is playing in.
God almighty give our coaches Wisdom the way you gave solomon. God pkease

I don't think there has ever been a match we didn't create enough chances to win comfortably throughout this campaign. Even under finidi I'm sure we created enough chances to win those matches. It's more annoying that osimhen is our highest goal scorer despite the fact that he has only played 2 out of 6 games. Our problem is not the defense, formation, chance creation or midfield combination. It's how to freaking put the ball inside the net. Sometimes I can't believe how we much chances we miss in these matches.
This is why I said our national team still needs ighalo. He is the one who has the ability to convert chances. He is nit nervous like the other players and his experience counts a lot. This is not about living in the past or not giving young players a chance. Ihmghalo has the nerve to convert these chances our forwards keep missing. He can come in as a sub and score. His finishing is still needed. I have said my own

I have not watched him.olay. but from what I read. Maybe he can be for our midfield what osimhen is to our attack. He should be invited and made tonokay the June friendlies.
He onyeka and akinsanmiro in midfield should pkay a complete match. Let's see what happens

SA, ZIM, CAR, BENIN, and all the other teams that have won or drawn us, are not good enough to beat us, but over the years Nigerian Super Eagles have lost that fear factor. Nigeria has players to dominate Africa, it’s not a fluke that we produce two African best back to back, it’s not a fluke we have players breaking records for their clubs and winning things, we have one of, if not the best set of players in Africa.

But what is the issue? let’s look in-depth and forget emotions of “our players are this or that”, last Afcon, Nigeria players played only 60% of their capacity and got to the finals of the Afcon, meaning this team is underperforming overwhelmingly when it comes to qualifiers especially home games. Our F.A needs to sit up, get things rightly, stop pressuring or picking players for the coach, all this nonsense technical committee should hands off and let the coach work, we need to get a stadium in a state with the best weather all year round, and play to our home advantage, a state that has good weather, will see our players always not gassing out, we need a a lot psychological boosting for our players, we need to make Nigeria a fortress again, remind them what it means to fight till the end, and if any player is being complacent and not bringing Osimhen energy from the first blast, scrap him out, when you wear the national team jersey you are a soldier carrying the smiles and hope of 200 million people, let them play their heart out and loose, one day we will get right, but I don’t see a Nigeria team with their head in the game fighting and playing like warriors loosing to any bloody team in Africa, talk less of this little team, this issue is whole-sum and we need to get the players working, no amount lamentations will solve it, but practical approach.

Let’s see this boys fight till the last minute, and play to their strengths, let me see which South Africa will escape.
Maybe they should hire a psychologist for the Super Eagles. Kanu once said our players have a psychological problem. They seem scared and unmotivated fir success. Success is psychological and inspirational.
Also, the team needs a mature tactician. An intelligent coach who knows how to use the players and a motivational person. Psychologically, these boys are nit ready to play. I'm not talking of talent. Just their mind set. They are not mentality monsters.
Tom saintfelt shouldnhave being hired. He has more experience for African football. We had the chance but blew it.

They seem like manchester united. Just living on past glory. Some good players but just mediocre results
