lbrichman2: Wouldn't it be a thing, if Osimhen wins the APOTY from the Turkish League?
Yeah, he would need to do more than others But then, with Osimhen.. nothing is ever impossible!!
Dragged 2 teams to win League titles in 2 major European leagues..
I won't bet against him grabbing the APOTY again soon.. to win african footballer of the year again he has to 1. Win the champions league with galatasaray 2. Qualify for the next world cup and reach the semi finals and maybe the final. Then, he can easily win it. But will Galatasary win the champions league. They need to buy like 5 very good players. They can go into the academy of man city or maybe get players that europeans say are not good but are actually very good Someone like Joa Felix but the suadis have bought him. Maybe get some wonder kids from south america. They can try the French league. There are many hidden gems in the french league They can try muller of bayern munich. That one may consider retireing in turkey But i doubt it |
Romance › Re: No Woman Has The Power To Friendzone You — You Friendzoned Yourself by Philosopher1979: 10:13pm On Jul 27, 2025 |
Kalatium: Unpopular Truth: No Woman Has the Power to Friendzone You — You Friendzoned Yourself
Let’s be real for a second, guys. The whole "friendzone" talk? It’s tired.
How many of you have said:
"She friendzoned me after all I did for her." "She just wants to be friends, but I thought we had something."
Bro. She didn’t friendzone you. You friendzoned yourself.
Here’s how 👇
She Told You She’s Not Interested… But You Stayed
She told you:
"You’re like a brother to me"
"I’m not ready for a relationship"
"You’re so sweet, I don’t want to lose you as a friend"
And instead of saying “Cool, all the best” and moving on, what did you do?
You stayed.
You started texting her more. You listened to her talk about other guys. You were there every time she cried, ranted, or got bored.
All while hoping she would "see your worth someday."
That’s not loyalty. That’s self-inflicted pain. That’s emotional simp work.
You Have the Power to Say “No” Too
Here’s the cheat code: You don’t have to accept her friendship. You can reject the offer. Politely. Calmly. Respectfully.
Being her friend isn’t your punishment—it’s your choice.
And if you know you want more than friendship and she doesn’t, respect yourself enough to walk away.
Friendzone = Lost Time + Emotional Damage
Let’s break down what staying in the friendzone really costs you:
Your self-respect
Your time (months or even years wasted)
Your peace of mind
Your opportunities with women who actually like you
While you're giving her your attention, someone else is getting hers—and he didn’t have to send "good morning" texts for six months straight.
Hard Truth: She’s Not the Problem — You Are
A woman who says “I’m not interested” is being honest. You staying around and secretly hoping she’ll change her mind is delusion.
And truth is, if she saw you as a man she wanted, there’d be no confusion. No mixed signals. No waiting game.
So stop blaming her for "friendzoning" you. Start blaming yourself for volunteering for a role you don’t want.
Men Who Know Their Value Don’t Get Friendzoned
✅ A high-value man doesn’t settle for being an emotional support character. ✅ He doesn’t play therapist hoping for sex in return. ✅ He doesn’t hang around hoping she’ll "see the light."
He walks away the moment the terms don’t align with his vision.
Because peace of mind > potential that never materializes.
What Do You Think?
Have you ever put yourself in the friendzone and regretted it later?
Is it possible for a guy and girl to be just friends when one likes the other?
What’s the cleanest way to walk away from a friendship that’s not serving you?
Let’s talk 👇 This is what Sarian Martin (an actress) said in a punch newspaper interview "My spec? Dark-skinned. No matter how fine you are, if you’re light-skinned, it’s straight to the brother zone. You see girls have a notion about the kind of man they will like even before any man approaches them. Some girls like tall guys, some like dark guys, some intellectual guys etc. When you toast ladies, what you are actually doing is presenting yourself so that your spec will like you. Girls know who will sex them in anything from 5 minutes to at most 3 months of knowing a guy. If a girl does not like you enough for romance, then you will know after a short time. You cant stay in the friend zone for years. Girls are funny. Like the lady in the interview above, she has already made up her mind that she cannot like a light skinned guy. It is not always what you do but simply the girls preference. you may not even know anything about toasting but a girl can just choose you because of her preference. A lot of guys need to read ubunja and the red pill very well. The red pill explains this concept Also, if a girl friend zones you, go and toast other girls. You can still remain her friend but dont even think of anything romantic with her. just look for other girls. There are girls that like you out there. Dont waste time in the friend zone and dont put all your hopes in someone who has friend zoned you. Just move on and remain friends with her. You can even tell her about the girls you are dating |

Whether we are being patriotic or not, we know Galatasaray isn't the best move for the monster.
Hopefully, e gets a better move Next summer Really its absurd. Osumhen is even cheaper and more experienced. Maybe they deceived him with love from the fans in galatasaray. Or he did not want to lower his salary. I don't understand osimhen. He may spend the rest of hisnactive career in galatasaray l. They will use love to capture him. After six years in galatasaray it is saudi at the age of 31. Osimhen has forgotten his dreams of greatness. It has left his brain |

Truvelisback: Good day, fellas. I have been pondering on this for sometime now. Is Education truly the key to success in Nigeria? Most of us grew up hoping that after graduating from tertiary instutions, everything would fall in place but after schooling, reverse was the case. Education and schooling are different. Education is the process of acquiring knowledge. So it's not tied to attending a formal institution. Our view about education in nigeria is myopic and limited. Just acquire knowledge and make impact with the knowledge. You do not have to go to school to acquire knowledge. Thomas edison had little ir no formal education but invented over 1000 things. He was self education. The problem with ys in nigeria is that we do not truly understand what education us. Mist nigerians are schooled but nit educated. That is tge irony. Mark twain said "Don't let schooling interfere with your education " |

For context, Haaland is Europe's highest earner. He earns 15m gross.
How are Gala doing this? I may be wrong. But I suspect galatasaray will be forced to sell osimhen within a year. Maybe even January. They can't keep up with the expenses. Maybe mineybfrom shirt or ticket sells or his image. Ilthe president of a galatasaray may be sacked for financial recklessness. This purchase of osimhen may bankrupt the club. Societal values are the reasons why many of our girls in line, most women want to practice their fantasy but because of judgemental nature of Nigerians, they just lie on the bed like a logwood, they'll Open up to their fellow women or men they're comfortable with usually male friends usually the gayish type.
They always on survival quick to jump from nigga to another irrespective of your sacrifice, beautiful outwardly but inside cold , meanwhile you are cooking up romantic situations between you are your crush/girl
What I'm trying to say is ,no carry woman matter for your head ,your focus should be your sexual needs and maybe your kids that is if you decide to have one . Nigerian girls are now on onlyfans Even the judgemental nature of society is going down. We nigerians are gradually copying the west. Those social restrictions to female whoring are reducing. opes: CONTRACT ENDS TODAY
Victor Osimhen’s loan spell at Galatasaray ends today, June 30. The star forward is now obligated to join Napoli’s preseason camp.
STRIKING STATEMENTS
Osimhen, who has not yet made a final decision, will cost Napoli a gross weekly salary of 193,000 euros. Italian outlet Il Mattino published a remarkable piece on the Nigerian forward: “They thought the Nigerian player would be in a hurry to say goodbye to Napoli. But this is shameful, because everyone was sure a solution would have already been found. But that’s not the case. Osimhen is a problem. A serious problem. And no one has yet considered the possibility that the Nigerian striker may not find a solution before the training camp begins on July 17.”
OSIMHEN’S STRATEGY
“Wait until the end of August. By then, no one in the world will pay the 75 million eurosrelease clause, and everyone will think De Laurentiis will be forced to compromise with the club Osimhen may have already agreed with. Yes, that could be the striker’s strategy. He knows nobody at Napoli wants to see him anymore, and he can just keep saying ‘no’ like he has so far. This way, he could force Napoli to offload him at a lower fee. To whom? To a club that doesn’t want to pay the full release clause, in any case.”
https://www.fanatik.com.tr/en/nba-free-agency-2025-seven-underrated-players-ready-to-impact-2586700 De laurentis himself is stubborn. What has osimhen done that they cannot forgive him. That is what is stunning Mr. If he goes on loan, they will be paying him gorgeous not playing for them. Why not just sell him at an affordable price and forget it. De laurentis wants to prove a point that us not worth it |

TheSuperNerd: Europe is still the highest level of the game in world football today but South American club football is not far behind in terms of technical quality and football proficiency.
The point is South American football deserves respect. I get sick everytime one ignorantly played down the quality of football in Pele's era all because he played for Santos and never played for any Euro side even though he played against them and beat them black and blue Most of the players of the 1970 brazilian team which is one of the greatest teams in history were in south american leagues and few played in Europe. Even those that played in Europe were produced in South America and did so later on. From 1950 to 1970 Brazil dominated the world cup with players from there league. The south american league was at par with europe till the 1990's. That is when there was an increase in the rate european leagues bought south american players. Even that great 1982 Brazilian world cup team was a product of the Brazilian league. All these Zico, falcao, socrates etc.. Its just that the best South American players now go to Europe early. Even now if the best South American players dont go to Europe i dont understand how European leagues will be superior. Vinicious Junior rodrygo marqunhos etc in the sao paulo or botafogo will make them simply unbeatable to European teams. Botafago without those players can compete with european teams and now imagine them with those players. Again most of the 1978 world cup and a large part of the 1986 world cup winning argentine teams were products of their league. Even maradona played in argentina until 22. Zico of brazil came to Europe in his mid twenties. South America and Europe are the homes of football. All the other continents are trying to catch up. |

Sugarboyy: The real Madrid of Asia are playing well not because Asia players in the team are representing the team well, but the foreigners in the team that has played to the highest level in Europe are the ones given Madrid a run for their money. So, it has to do also with the country economy. Give Enyimba like 7 unknown Brazilians and Spanish players and see if they won't start holding their own against semi elite European clubs Abi. they did not develop those players themselves. They just brought them ready made like that. The only league that produces players that can match up with Europe is South America. Its funny what he is saying. We dont even have to go far. What if our economy was good and our home grown professionals abroad play for enyimba. I mean osimhen, arokodara ebenezer akinsanmiro etc. For all saudi arabian money west africa produces talents for the top 5 leagues of Europe. Arsenal should get Gyokeres. So that utd will have no other choice than to sign Osimhen.
Plus Napoli like Garnacho and lodged a 40 million which was rejected by utd in January. Additionally, Ganarcho was last month informed he would be sold if the right offer appeared....
So, Garnacho + some money = Osimhen OR Hujlund + money = Osimhen... All the permutations are looking great 👍
Now Osimhen to utd. No 9 Jersey 😎 A more focused utd without Europe distractions. Osimhen bags 30 EPL (or close to) English press will do their thing 🤷 He becomes the poster boy of a resurgent Utd. Put 🇳🇬 firmly on the map..

TheSuperNerd: Moritz Jenz. His constant loan spells doesnt seem to have helped much in terms of stability although he is a physically imposing CB profile.
The positives with Jenz is his decent tackling and positioning skills in ground duels and close combat situations onfield. A strong presence at the back (thanks to his height and propensity to duel) and can also sometimes step out into the midfield area to snuff out danger before it gets close to goal.
He is also aggressive but his aggression-styled defending has both the good and the bad. The good is his aggression brings presence and sees him use his physicality to put off opposition attackers but the negative is that his aggression is overdone often times and leads to rash decisions and lots of fouls in dangerous areas in or around the box. This in particular is a bad trait coz it can turn against his own team
For instance, Calvin Bassey is an impressive powerhouse of a CB but he doesnt commit fouls as often as Jenz. Bassey played 35 EPL games (started 34) in 24/25 season and averaged a fouls conceeded of 0.7 per game. Jenz on the other hand hit 1.4 fouls conceeded per game from just 19 league games ooo (started 18).
So Jenz is more likely to give away fouls in dangerous areas. He needs to work on how to tackle with composure and keep his aggression from going overboard.
His other weaknesses are his recovery pace (not as good in recovery when taken on or beaten), his timing/game reading (his aggressiveness can make him commit too early to a tackle resulting in penalties or more fouls), his susceptibility to skilled forwards (he struggles heavily against skilled attackers able to get pass defenders with skills and pausa (Jenz's over aggresiveness is a flaw that makes this possible) and finally his decision making/tendency to rush into decisions due again to his tendency to aggressively react.
So that is it on Moritz Jenz, if you ask me, I would say Youngsters like Benjamin Fredericks and Vince Osuji edges him heavily in the Composure metric which is the biggest metric for me as a central defender. I have not seen him play but from your analysis, he seems like a modern version of Azubuike Egekwe one of our home based defenders during i think Stephen Keshi era. He was a very unintelligent defender even though tall and strong and could tackle even though rough. He seems like a very average player to me. Thats all. Im speaking from your analysis not club. I dont care where he plays just how he plays and contributes to the team |

jerryola1: I vibecoded a complete startup product for UK 🇬🇧 companies.
The thing is, you still need to be familiar with coding, you must be at least a beginner level programmer, if not AI model will keep taking you round the corner especially when they exhausted context window lenght. Or they might even expose your API keys if you don’t know what you are doing. Did you modify the code at all pr you did not even modify or write any code |

Kog45: I met Benjamin Frederick in 2022 in Ilorin playing for ABS though an academy player from Simon Moses academy managed by his wife Bunmi....I told my brother an agent that my fear for this boy is spending more than two years in Nigeria league but good just after a year from ABS to Nasarawa he moved to Brentford through Simon academy.
Sodiq issue is lacking basic things about the game, meaning something is missing in our coaching structures.
Congratulations to Moses Simon for discovering Benjamin Frederick and he was the captain when his boy made his debut Yeah, sodiq is badly coached. Typical npfl player. Crude talent but badly coached. I'm asking can sodiq play as a winger. Maybe he can come in and give assista and goals if we need a goal but he will be a winger. If sodiq hoes to Europe they might convert him to a wide forward or wide midfielder. If not he will need 6 months of intensive coaching in the academy of a good European club. That is the problem of npfl players. They need 3 to 6 months of good coaching to take the bad coaching of playing in the npfl away from them |
