Just imagine this happened in the East All the newspapers in Nigeria will carry it as their headline. 5o treads will be opened on Nairaland about it. We will be told how the East is finished and everybody there is dead or a terrorist |
Empty brains managing the country. They were asking Obi "na data we wan chop"? Now inflation data is hitting everyone left and right. They want to teach Igbos political lesson, see where they have driven Nigeria to |
This is when you know who has the brain, but Nigeria only rewards touts. |
Ogun state deserves an award for the worst road network in Nigeria Upon the proximity to Lagos, you will hardly find a motorable road in the state. This small and only partially motorable road in Mowe has been under construction for over 8years |
Philgafauto:Your display of hyper ignorance is exactly why you will call me idiot. Am sure you don't know piggyvest and CBN can sue you even in this your broke state. Do you know what it means to announce a financial institution has gone bankrupt?? Do you know the ripple effect of this your news in the banking system? Google "bank run" then return to edit this post |
Are you sure of what you are posting? Don't create unnecessary panick, not getting your fund after 48hrs is not same as a financial institution going bankrupt, it could be network |
Where is Lagos Danfo bus? That bus was made by Hitler during during WW 2 for German soldiers yet still alive in Lagos 70yrs after |
Dittodat:Tomorrow you and your kind would be the first to accuse Obidients of insulting and disrespectful. |
This one that answers Emir in Yoruba land Is that not an insult to Yoruba tradition? Are traditional Kings not subject to political leaders? |
Naijaboy18:Cowards like you hide behind the North killing Igbos, cowards. You wish they do what you really wish for but lack the courage, cowardice on display. Who needs an advice from a coward like you. |
Poor CV for this kind of role. This is a position that demands the best of brain in the country but ofcourse this is Nigeria where our 3rd eleven plays the most important games due to connections and tribalism |
superlanny:Am sure you didn't think this answer through. If this couple goes to Registry tomorrow, at what point were they really married, was it at traditional or church or Registry? |
Seun's opinion perfectly depicts why tribalism is so high on Nairaland. He sits behind and enjoy the tribalistic nature of Nairaland and the anti-Igbo sentiment. |
We celebrate the liberality of US and do worse with tribalism in Nigeria |
This homeless one is looking for money to pay rent in UK. Reno Omokri has gotten a competitor in social media nonsense and clowning, they are looking for crumbs from BAT's table |
Selling it too fast could give the vibe that you are guilty |
He's doing exactly what Amechi did. By this time in 2015, Agbado people were hailing Amechi from the rooftop |
I don't think this is news. Everyone with a heart and a conscience knows this. If you think otherwise, pls check you probably lack one or 2 of the above |
How many 5 storey buildings are in the entire Ogun state? You might not find up to 10, Why demolish the one you managed to build? |
vicardino:you should be the one proving where people spoke in tongue as fashion in the scripture.. From the first instance of the Pentecost to Paul speaking about the gift of the spirit. From teaching about speaking in tongues in churches to him praying in spirit and praying with understanding and the spirit helping our infirmity with groaning that can not be uttered. Now tell us where you got your fashionable tongues from? |
The abuse is a big turn off and nauseating. People open their mouth and utter gibberish and lie they are speaking in tongue. Isn't this part of sinning against the Holy spirit? From every instance in the scripture, people spoke in tongue when they were overwhelmed by the Holy spirit. In our case, it's now a fashion and a pentecostal show off. |
The judiciary has become a disappointment and an embarrassment. Anyone with a small IT skill knows a Doc header can only be inserted to a soft copy. Since when did they start giving original Certified True Copy of a Court judgement in PDF format?? If you gave them a soft copy, how come you stamped and signed on same doc? If you insert this kind of header to a CTC then it is no longer a true copy of the judgement because it has been modified and this same Appeal court will capitalise on it to dismiss a weighty petition. Something is certainly fishy here |
Buccalcavity2:He's not really the victim but Nigeria is the victim while Tinubu is the winner. Same way Nigeria global image is battered by yahoo yahoo boys is similar to how INEC and the "winners" have further battered what is left both locally and globally. Yahoo boys are still "balling" but you and I are losing sleep as long our images are concerned outside Nigeria. So in essence, Obi has gained even more than he thought when he left PDP but Nigeria has lost democratic right and image both in Africa and globally. We have a winner that lacks legitimacy to even caution coup plotters in neighbouring Niger |
It's a historic fear of "operation". I personally believe it came from the 80s and 90s when "operation" was highly risky and expensive. Nigerians were poor to pay for it and the medical system was also weak, so many women die from it. It became like double jeapady which led to the rejection and bad name of C-Section till date. |
Buccalcavity2:You should be intelligent enough to know that morality and legality are not the same. A man can kill you and still go free in court if the judge feels your family did not prove that he killed you or broke a law. It doest change the fact that you were murdered INEC might have escaped at PEPT court but lost in the court of public opinion |
This is scary |
Trust once broken can hardly be recovered No matter the outcome at supreme Court, I'll be a fool to ever trust any statement from INEC again They won the election but lost the people |
Go and waste our money like others did. Wisdom is learning from the mistakes of others and avoiding same. Insanity is doing same thing and expecting different outcome |
I wonder what will ever make me step out of my house again to vote. It's worse remembering the number of people that died for this election. The court has now legalised rigging and violençe |
Wainey:Did you also watch the video of school children in Osun calling "Tinubu olee" or your eyes only sees Igbos? |
Same way some people undermined subsidy removal in 2012 with Ojota protest, could it be karma? |
