Bulaba stole the mandate when he wasn't a president how much more now that he has all the powers?

Work still ongoing... My advice for those who want to build house is this..

Ensure you have stable source of income before embarking any building project.. If not u are on the road to poverty..
Building can consume money, especially when u have high taste...
Perfect advice, things like this can drain you off if you are not stable, congrats

Whats the cost of the flooring pls?

Boss man the total cost with materials and all that’s needed for the German floor …. A friend of mine was telling me it’s always expensive and moreover it’s not really compulsory
I'll advice you do German floor otherwise you might not like it when ants, water etc starts sipping from your floor later. Am not a civil engineer but I know it helps the stability of the house too.

I've entered Innoson vehicles severally and still wonder whats wrong with African mentality. Tribalism is killing Nigeria to the core. Well done to the government of Akwa Ibom

People sit down and craft nonsense story.

Anyone who goes to a burial ceremony in the East goes with a gift for the bereaved either money, cow, goat, chicken, drink, cloths etc. Even in that video you could see wrappers.

Recall Obi Cubana got several cows from his friends when he buried his mother months ago and it was trending everywhere on social media

Culture › Re: Why We Cancelled Yoruba Cultural Ceremony, Isese Festival – Emir Of Ilorin by PHIPEX(m): 11:53am On Jul 09, 2023
musicwriter:
For those of you who care about history.

As insulting as the press release by the Emir of Ilorin but most people don't know that Wole Soyinka himself helped officialize both English language as our language and Christianity as our religion in Africa.

In 1962, after the official end of colonialism in most African countries, there was a conscious cultural movement by intelligent educated Africans to kick out both the English language and Christianity out of Africa but Soyinka, Chinua Achebe, Christopher Okigbo, Ezekiel Mphahlele, all Christians at that time fought against the movement.

In a meeting in Makere in Uganda as I said in 1962, they officially adopted English language as our language.

Once that was done, the cultural revolution died. And ever since, the African continent entered into the "cold-colonialism" that we find ourselves till this day.

Soyinka should first free himself from the language of the white man before he free others.

Else, when he understands why he loves the English language, he'll understand why other Africans love Muhammad or Jesus.

If you need more information about the 1962 event, go to www.africason.com and read the article that says "how Britain and the CIA fooled Wole Soyinka and Chinua Achebe to destroy African languages in literature"
This one has stylishly left the topic to look for how to bring Achebe (Igbo) into the equation.

Oga, face the Fulani at Ilorin and leave Achebe alone

This is another confirmation that once you step out of the land of tolerance and accommodation, anything goes wild, barbaric and uncivilized.

For centuries, Ilorin accommodate and celebrated every religion, foreign or local as it is done in other Yoruba land.

When you fall asleep in the name of tolerance and allow strangers to get comfortable, they take you for granted and a fool ready to give up your birthright.

If it is not Ilorin, it is ORE.

If it is not Ore, it is LAGOS.

There is no reason or common sense in the reason the festival was cancelled other than impunity. Those celebrating and supporting this uncultured behavior have not learned their lessons in Lagos.
See how you spoke with your tongues in check because it's the Fulani. you had to stylishly push the Lagos and Ore narrative. if this were to be "those other people" you would have been screaming on top of your voice. Face Ilorin and scream as usual

Very amateurish.

You rushed to make public pronouncements before knowing the full facts.

After JAMB confirmed its own investigation revealed her results was fake, you a corporate organisation with aspiration to be taken seriously then issued an incendiary statement that you would wait until there is investigation by an 'independent' 3rd party huh

So, you did not respect the investigation of a national institution like Jamb and thereby join private individuals on social media to cast doubt on Jamb's integrity. Smh

Serious businesses like MTN, Dangote Industries, Zenith bank etc will never behave like this. Once Jamb confirmed her results were fake, they would back off immediately.
What is wrong in waiting for an independent investigation? Was that not what the National Assembly called for? Some of you that supported the fraud by INEC and still defend it rushing to sound sanctimonious

This is the real picture even as usual, you people love to confuse yourselves with data that you can not properly read and comprehend.

In the grand scheme of things, Imo is still at the bottom.

IGR growth is poor and deplorable.

IGR per Capita is lousy

Capital important is abysmal

Revenue growth is nothing to smile about.

Imo has a long way to go and sit at home won't let the state progress economically..
Any small thing you people will run to IGR, IGR is.not GDP. GDP in the longrun drives development, IGR is a small percentage of what GOVERNMENT receives.

GDP is what the entire citizens produce. In most states development is driven by individual effort, IGR is easily stolen
