BADNEAT: i am in a bit of a dilemma right now, so i had submitted my EOI in July on a 65/70 points.and had included an ongoing online unpaid Cad designing as part of my work experience(even tho i didnt have plans of claiming that.now just yesterday, i got a mail from skillselect indicating i had a new message.. apparently my total experience had reached 3yrs as at yesterday and hence they added an extra 5points.i mailed them explaining the situation and their response was that i have to make a new entry..indicating No in the relevant work experience section.. my question is , i have been waiting since july, is there an alternative to starting this wait afresh?will updating my eoi refresh the date?please i need an experiential advise ASAP. Chief Bellong and all people of goodwill, pls advise Hello, if my memory serves me right, as long as you haven't received ITA on the EOI, you are able to edit it. Try editing so that you don't push forward your Date of effect after waiting for so long. Cheers! |

Dear Sir/Madam, Letter of Explanation for Personal History (Additional information)
While I work with BYCT Bank plc as stated in my employment history (December 2012 till date), I have been a part time Agricultural Consultant with GXYZ Farms since August 2012. The farm is a mixed farming business with its major farm settlements in Ogun state Nigeria, I carry out research, render advisory and training services as well as evaluations for the farm from time to time whenever it is required This was born out of my passion for Agriculture and my degree in Agricultural Economics and Extension. I also have a small mocktails business where I cater for small parties on the weekends when I get orders this is called DETHK Cocktails and it is owned by me and registered as a business name though I have not done much with it. I also have an unregistered Papercraft hobby name REGEG Crafts and I do this freelance for friends and family . I thought it important to mention all these as they form part of the activities I have engaged in within the last 10 years and I am aware that it is important to mention all activities engaged during this period. Though this activities/engagements do not form part of the basis by which I am qualified for the Express Entry program, I do not wish to withhold any information from the CIC hence this Letter of Explanation. |

joo2018: "..........................On September 14, 2010, she was offered employment at Petro-Ex Canada Inc. as a marketing and advertising specialist.
[3] Relevant to this application, on September 28, 2011, the applicant began working part-time with Apadana Caravan Tourism Company [Adapana] as a means, she says, to earn additional income to support her family.
[4] When the applicant applied on June 18, 2012, for permanent residence under the Federal Skilled Worker [FSW] category she listed the Nikyari and Chi Chast positions as her employment experience. Her evidence on this application is that, due to the nature of the Adapana employment, she did not believe that this “side” job was significant enough to disclose......................
.....................[9] On August 7, 2013, the applicant received an email from an officer at the Embassy alleging that she had misled the officer and misrepresented her employment by failing to disclose her employment with Adapana at the time of her application. The officer advised that the matter would be forwarded to his supervisor, the Program Manager, for final determination. The Applicant was given 30 days to provide additional information.
