Politics / Re: Was Abba Kyari's body Flown In From London? (photo) by phoenix911: 5:09pm On Apr 19, 2020
Simplyleo:

May be Abba Kyari's death was back dated to 06/08/2015

The date was not back-date and that is not what the OP was trying to show far from it, What the OP is saying is this, That aircraft was not a local aircraft and to prove it he attached the picture taken in an airport in London that shows where the aircraft was registered and the date the picture was taken and the company that owns the aircraft don't operate in Nigeria so why will the federal government went all the way to London to charter a private aircraft just to carry the body of Mr. Abba Kyari from Lagos to Abuja does that makes sense to you if I may ask.

It is a natural disaster

It is not a natural disaster as you said, but this is a result of the design and engineering error. The drainage underneath was not well constructed.

The hatred you carry around has blocked your eyes from seeing that the pics is photoshopped.

You definitely know it's Photoshopped but you want to continue spreading hatred against a dead man who stands to lose nothing. I pity you people

It is not a picture, It is a video and all the videos on YouTube from different people can't be photoshopped. Are you the one that photoshopped the videos or you know who did it please let us know otherwise keep mute and stop defending the indefensible.

Is this issue of politics, please tell me any country that buried a government official figure without state burial. All of them put on PPE and those that carried the corpse are the NCDC official in protective suits. What else do u want!

Lack of knowledge is a disease, No human being in their right senses will watch the video of what have transpired in that buried and justify or defend it that person is what is wrong with Nigeria.

Rubbish.

The level of stupidity and gullibility in this country is totally out of control.
This is a burial not a party like Funke had at her house. This is a special circumstance where the rules cannot be enforced as in others.
In fact I know someone whose family member died this week. They were allowed to move from one location to another and were allowed to perform the burial without any govt interference.
Also, even the govt says that everyone should stay at home , but you are allowed to go out if you have a good valid reason to do so like buying food, fuel, going to the hospital, going to bury a dead family member.
Almost everyone in these pictures are wearing face masks and most importantly, they are there for BURIAL not for a party.

Whether you steal a car, Money, big or small or you steal a pot of soup it is stealing there is no justification for what was seen on the burial. Nigeria laws are made for the poor, Our government should not be the ones violating the law they themself put in place. Leadership by example is the best leadership. Our government came out with guidelines for the covid-19 and it must be followed, no useless excuses, the federal government has violated the rules they themself put out for the citizens to follow and we have to call a spade what it is which is a spade.

Was the market infested before now? What is the essence of this when people have been out of the markets for over one week?

All the money they are wasting in the name stopping Convid-19 let them use the money to clean our cities. We need a clean environment, clean the rubbish on our streets, clean the open drains and cover them, remove the shanties that lited all over our streets, plant trees and flowers and stop spraying a chemical that will only last one/two weeks.

Foreign Affairs / Re: How President Idris Deby Turned Up To Lead offensive Against Boko Haram by phoenix911: 4:35pm On Apr 05, 2020
JAMO84:
Kudos to the Chadian army, but stop giving me the crap about President Deby leading anything. He did not fire a single round, he wasn't the commanding officer. He just turned up in military regalia at the bigging of the operation in order to boost the morale of the military personnel!!!

Did I also mention that the Nigerian army pushed the terrorists to the fringe of the lake Chad region were they attacked and killed 91 Chadian soldiers!

I AM DONE TALKING

Go take a seat, and stop the excuses you are not ashamed that a country like Chad will come into our country for a day and achieved what our own Army couldn't be able to do in almost 5 years of this administration. Their president may have not fired a single round but that is not important the important thing is seeing their president in the frontline and assuring them that he is with them that what leadership is all about not when our own president cannot give an ordinary live broadcast and take questions from the citizens. Please you all that always defend incompetence should stop because it is getting too old.

I am beginning to think aesthetics is the down fall of south east leaders.

They call everything “world class” but once you see the final product, it’s like depressing to watch sometimes.

Anyway I hope a fresh generation of leaders can understand and tackle this issue of aesthetics.

If small Rwanda can get it right, then I don’t know what’s the excuse. Is just depressing sometimes.

They don't understand the importance of landscaping at all.

God bless you, brother. You definitely understand what I'm trying to say

@Modarun, Owerri zone us being developed by governors from other zones, not even governors from Owerri zone. What will you do if Hope decides to follow the same step as his predecessors and continues with the development of Owerri zone?

That's the question

I'm sorry if this sounds cocky, but it's truly not their business to develop other zones, they are not the governor. I have asked this question before and I'll ask again, if previous governors have concentrated their developmental projects in, say Orlu zone, at the expense of other zones, will Orlu zone have rejected it, in the spirit of fair play?

(Let's learn to channel blames to the appropriate quarters)

Apologies if any of the things I wrote cane out as an insult

True talk my brother, I'm from Orlu zone no one spit sugar that enters his or her mouth out, as you are on point that our people should channel blames to the appropriate quarters.
