We take someone from Kano to go to Owerri or Lagos where they don't know the terrain to fight crime. Here in America, before they will employ someone in the police department they have a residential requirement up to 2,3,4 years you have lived in that city.
My suggestion to the Federal government, If they don't want to decentralize the police, for now, let every police officer go back to their state of origin but they will still be in control.
