The truth is, in the smart phone category, there are elder statesmen in camera ability (iPhone, Nokia or Samsung Galaxy S6) but information reaching us suggests that Tecno’s soon-to-be-released Camon C8 is going to rattle & surprise everyone.
Looking at the camera specs you might not be wowed (with a 5MP Front facing camera & 13MP back facing camera), but the magic is in its image processing engine and software that makes the Camon C8’s camera lens so sensitive to light & colors and a phase-detection system that allows the phone capture within 0.3s, so you never miss those instant moments.

I also got word about a feature called Quick Snap which allows you, from the lock screen, take pictures and save it in just 3 seconds. That is impressive considering other smart phones need at least 7 seconds to operate from standby to save, I’m really curious to see how they made this possible.

From what I’ve heard about the Camon C8’s camera, no matter how poor the lighting is in your environment, the C8 will capture the perfect pictures, as it is perfect for the clearest of selfies at night.
Now with these juicy details, it looks like those impulsive unpredictable moments that are always missed during outings with friends (especially the weekend ones where everyone dressed to impress and ready to have some fun) might just be captured and saved with this device before they are over.

Finally Tecno Mobile has a smart phone that runs on android lollipop 5.0. I’ll say kudos to Tecno fans who have been clamoring for their beloved Tech brand to release a smart phone that runs on Google’s latest android lollipop 5.0

I bumped into one of Tecno Mobile’s representative the other day and I noticed he had in his hand an impressive Tecno smart phone I wasn’t quite sure I’d seen on retail shelves before. I courted him for a while to divulge which smart phone he was sampling and he opened up reluctantly on the smart phone.

He was holding a device that he called “top secret for now” but its UI was just too good!
Android lollipop 5.0 has been praised for giving UI designers more freedom to create richer and more interactive UIs. Now I understand why.
The Tecno customized UI runs like it knows what you are thinking, it is a lot more colorful, intuitive and smoother than the android Kitkat 4.4 versions that run on current flagship Tecno Mobile smart phones, and it does all of this without ruining the Android OS feel we have all come to love.

I told my friend I couldn’t wait to get an upgrade with upcoming Tecno flagship devices with the Android lollipop; he said I won’t have to wait long as they are announcing a device real soon.

I my opinion , Techcityng.com and Techsuplex.com are the best tech blogs in Nigeria. Techcabal is too "Startup Centric" . They focus too much on startups , thereby neglecting the other aspects of technology.

Tech point.ng is even better.

It would shock you to note that there so many tech blogs in Nigeria - more than 1000 tech blogs if my research figures can be taken.

However, among these large number there are few ones that I respect in Nigeria - (these is my opinion after I have actually done an extensive survey)

1. Misstechy: She is Nigeria's female tech blog and is doing brilliant things: why do I like Misstechy, for one: She brings her own style to her tech articles, she is very witty and is willing to engage her audience. She also does tech polls that are so fun and interesting. As a matter of fact, I can read her articles all day and not feel bored at all.

2. TechCabal: This is a gathering of the top tech guys in Nigeria, I love the blog more for their startup stories and their ability to interview top startups in Nigeria. I also love Tech Cabal because of their no-nonsense opinion.

3. TechSuplex: Not many people know about the blog, but I love the blog for its simplicity and good design. Techsuplex is my no 3 on the list because of his ability to give you tech new clear and direct.


4. AndroidNigeria: Not new to the tech blogging business, Android Nigeria is known for giving latest technology gist, the two writers on the blog help create unique tech articles.

Tecno Mobile are not just a Phone brand - they are a brand that cares for the well-being of Nigerians.

When have you ever heard other phone manufacturers care for the less privileged, all they know is to be giving money to CELEBRITIES that already have money - shame.



Last week, Tecno Gave out more than 500k in cash to pupils in primary schools, I got the images from their facebook page to show to everyone that Tecno Mobile is actually the best phone brand in Nigeria

I got my Boom J7 and I must say I am impressed - but I have one issue, who sabi use the Hotknot feature - I heard it is like the NFC but better - However I have been cracking my head on how to use with no luck
