Why is there no single cogent reason from Emefile on why he suddenly needs to swap the currency while hording new notes ?

Can Emefile at least obey the constitution and honor the House committee ?

Is his office above the constitution and oversight function of the National Assembly ?

Everything about this policy stinks and is obviously not in our interests and is indefensible by Emefile himself that's why he is both vague on his reasons for suddenly ordering a currency swap and also why he is avoiding the National Assembly. Even the Minister of Finance was in the dark on this policy . Is that how to run the central bank ?

Emefiele did not hoard any currency, it is a general practice that the new naira note will gradually be eased into circulation and not something that would be done overnight.
Since when did you start taking the reps serious? Have they bothered inviting the security chiefs regarding the insecurities in Nigeria? Have they bothered inviting the economy teams regarding the state of the economy? Have they bothered inviting Buhari himself regarding his one sided appointments?
But now they want to invite Emefiele as if it was Emefiele that appointed himself into that office.

If bones need to be cracked before we can get it right then so be it. Enaira isnt such a bad idea to me and at least it will to some extent reduce vote buying in the next election.
