reflecting back on the speech that Muhamadu Buhari gave last night, I have every reason to cast doubt that he never paid out bribes to politicians to vote for him. I believe on his behalf other politicians would have dolled out millions of dollars to greedy delegates to vote for him... I have every reason to question his mandate and whether he is the messiah to save Nigeria..

In 1985 he single handedly created the problem we are experiencing today by tampering with a democratic government claiming to be a hero. This dude is 75 years old. I'm sure Amaechi is only using him as a vehicle to get to Aso Rock and replace Jonathan. But I rather have GEJ voted in because he is trust worthy and he is the Leader we need. Not some old looking scarecrows with missing tooth coming to tell us Nigeria is corrupt, when he was the person who brought corruption to Nigeria...


Perhaps if APC had picked Kwankwaso, it would have been much clearer for them to win, but picking Buhari is the worst mistake they've made.

well,Buhari is never a saint neither is Jonathan but out of two evils I guess one will always be preferred. U mentioned the atrocities commited by Buhari in 1985 and I'm so glad dat someone has rightly asked u what u know about "1985". Between 1985 till date we've had many rulers and the evils of Buhari couldn't be corrected by any of them. At least Jonathan was been givin a chance and he failed woefully too. The cost for paint products varies. A drum of fine coat paint is sold between #2700-#3000(wholesales cost) and this also depends on ur location while tescote goes for between #4200-#4500. A drum of President emulsion paint goes between #6200-#6500 while the tescote is about 9500 etc. The advantage of Tescote paint is that it doesnt get dirty easily cos ppl wont be able to rest on the painted wall unlike the emulsion painted walls. However,for a low budgetted paintin plan then Emulsion is not a bad idea.

More so , I would like to know what brand of paint in the market is the best . What's the best color to match green roof ? Is there any disadvantage about off-white paint . it would Have been lovely if u could put up a picture of the said duplex,however if i am to imaginarily estimate the number of paints then i'll say that it'll consume between 40-50 drums of paint. The problem is that u didnt state wat paint u'll like to use. We Have EMULSION paint and we also Have TESCOTE paints. If u are to use 5drums of emulsion paint for a particular buildin den dat same building will consume up to 8drums of TESCOTE paint. We Have various paints in market now so it depends on ur budget. If u are on a low budget then i'll advise u to go for a FINE COAT product. As per the color to match a green roof then i'll advice u can go for that off white,it has no disadvantage what so ever. However,to beautify a buildin,u'll Have to make it a double or triple color painting. If im to charge for labour then i'll ask for 172k and u'll also foot the transportation of materials to the site... 08166682048.
