I have been in contact with a doctor in India,thanks to my younger sister who works with the Indian embassy in Congo.She said i have to send her medical reports,diagnosis and all she need to know about the patient .

It is impossible to set a paypal API to zero amount. It will return as error

This is the most transparent way of fundraising because everyone can see payment going through hence accountability just like you are asking about the fees.

The setting has been changed for this.
Because this is a crowdfunding site paypal has to use an API to split payment going to the fundraiser and the website API.
The site API(application id) was set at 5 percent but i have overridden the setting for this to the minimum of 1 percent which goes to Paypal.
