Thank you everybody for the support , good , bad advices and critics. Like I said the other day I will pick him today am already at my brother place my son stuffs are all packed and we will be leaving soon. I’m very excited happy to have my son back today he will sleep peaceful in his mother house without worrying about what to eat because with me he will have his happy life back

Me too wanna add weight. I have been taking pap with soyabeans, milk and 3 cubes of sugar for the past 2weeks now first thing in the morning. I make the pap to be more than enough and I force myself to eat it. The sweat that evaporates out of my body by the time I'm done eh..... No be here o.

My soyabeans is in the powdered form. I bought it for 900 naira. When next I buy I intend to add crayfish to it. I've added just a bit, had to forced my trouser off my lap lastweek.

I look forward to the crayfish mixture .o. p take lots of protein not fat. Protein is the key. I'm 60kg, then it was 55.
