Yes the school rep will help you with the visa application.
You will complete the rest and submit yourself if you wish.

I applied so many University with my HND, just apply with ur transcripts, I got 3 offers now from Keele (Msc),Bangor (Msc) , Cranfield gave me but I could not meet up,Uni of South Wales gave me, but Top up 6 months and Msc 12 months, I'm expecting offer from Sheffield hallam University (Msc) and will be going with Sheffield because the fees is very very okay o.
