The girl's family have been taking care of the child before the money from NGO came so why do you think they will stop taking care of the child after surgery? The girl's family have been shouldering all the bill something the boy and his family did not do and you dare mention POVERTY. As long as the child gets his surgery and recovers he shouldn't care about the money because it wasn't his money to begin with. It's not only by cumming that makes one a father so he needs to take a back seat until he can foot his child's bill. Why would he be eyeballing charity that was given for his child.
