If you bought a car, bought a house, bought a fuel efficient car like a hybrid, donated money, paid tithe, had a baby, had two babies, had three babies, lost money in the stock market, Got a babysitter while you went to work the whole year or was looking for work, etc, the government will pay all or a percentage back to you,. Look it up. Google is your friend.
