It was "last updated" on June 1st. Old or new at least it gives us an insight into what to expect and prepare for. Mikeval001: This whole stuff what updated on the site in April (Published 20 April 2020). Please correct me if I'm wrong. The news is old
Gradually things are getting clearer and better.
The 14days UK quarantine imposed on travellers took effect today. Someone who travelled into UK today from Boston shared her experience, she said she said common Temperature testing wasn't conducted on them and there were only told my the world of mouth to stay at home for 14days.

Please which university does not require sending documents to uniassist or have the easiest application procedure for an undergraduate program in Germany.
Those that have admission offers from some universities in Germany should please recommend their schools to me, specifically for undergraduate.

To add, don't even pay with flywire hosey: Dont pay with black market. Dont change your money.
Pay anything related to school with Form A.
Go to head office of first bank or GT bank or any bank you use. It must be the head office in Lagos or Abuja.
You will be given CBN rate of about 450 to 475.
Current black market is 530.
So beware and dont lose your money indirectly. |

Using form A, the rate is 475. I don't know the maximum amount though mamacajah: Not sure if this has been asked before, but in light of this high exchange rate, what is the maximum amount you can use Form A to pay your fees with? Since it uses the official CBN rate and not black market rate, is that a suitable alternative for people to look towards? Just a thought.. |

Hello once again, I will be proceeding to make deposit payment as against September, deadline is June 1st but I want to make payment early because I am paying through form A and it can take up to a week, if not more than (better to be safe).
Recently, the pm said schools will be opening in the coming weeks. I am kinda optimistic about resuming in September amidst all these coronavirus issue. Moreover, September is still like 4 months from now, a lot can happen within then.
Advisable to proceed with deposit payment? |

LaaJiblik: A police certificate is not requirement for a tier-4 visa for Nigerian applicants. However, if you are able to get one. There are certain ‘student jobs’ which will require one. OK thanks. One quick question. My dad is a business man, apart from submitting his personal account statement, what other of his documents is required as the sponsor? His business CAC? Property documents? And also does his travel history to the UK in any way influence my application? Please pardon my questions, I just want to get things right this time after being rejected Canada study permit. |

LaaJiblik: Madttt Ohhh
‘Sponsorship affidavit’ ? That is the strangest contraption I have seen after many years on this thread.
Submit your dad’s statement? Yes. You will then need your birth certificate, which shows relationship. He may wish to write a letter to say you are his son/daughter. And the money is available to you.
Dad transfers entire money to your account? Equally good. The bolded above is why I asked him to get the sponsorship affidavit in court so it back up his claims legally, also to make my application air tight. Also do I need a police certificate/report? I just don't want any loopholes in my application |

My dad will be sponsoring my study, I have asked him to get a sponsorship affidavit at the court. My question is should he transfer the tuition fee balance plus maintenance fees to my account so I can use my statement of account or it should remain in his account and I submit his own statement of account?
Which is advisable please? |

nobleudeme: I just did further search on BU and I'm so pumped up. Can't wait to get started. The school is relatively new (Est. 1992 or so) with new buildings and infrastructure. The atmosphere and environment seems friendly and welcoming. We also have two Nigerian acting as the Student Union President and VP in SUBU team of 5. The town is majorly a service area with so many retail shops, cinema, hangout spot, the beach. Lansdowne where "my campus...lol" is located recently initiated a new project aimed at improving the area into a modern commercial business district by 2021...This will hopefully attract more firms as well as encourage startup businesses in Lansdowne Bournemouth in the nearest future. This means there will be creation of more jobs and this to me is good news. Did I also mention that I saw some really SWEET flat at 300 PCM. "Disclaimer I Neva travel o...I still dey Naija, na just information sourced from the internet ooo" I also carried out same research and my findings got me really interested in BU. Not as expensive as people portray it though. I am also still in naija o |

Hi everyone, I got an admission offer for teeside University and I decided to look up about the School and the city which it's located, discovered it is in middlesbrough and didn't get a good review about the city at all in terms of it's economy/employment rate, crime rate amongst others. Those already in the city studying could clear me out on this. |

Govkaybee: Hello everyone. I have a bit of a challenge with my Germany waka oo.. I funded my blocked account since last week Thursday and the money hasn't reflected. Problem is, my interview is tomorrow and I still don't have blocking confirmation yet. What would I do? I have no idea of what to suggest to you but still explain this to them at the embassy, you are definitely not the first person to have that issue. However, when did you apply for AD and what category do you fall in? CAT A or CAT B? |
