Similar situation with me too.
I was rejected Canadian visa twice and I indicated it but I didn't indicate if it was once or twice.
Hope that's not false declaration too. My interview is in two days time.
Also how do I get to tls ikeja from along? So I had the opportunity to discuss this with the visa compliance team of my uni and they suggested that i take evidence of the refusals (rejection letters) to my appointment and declare it to the vo which is what i will do. Fingers crossed! |

I just noticed something this night and decided to share with you guys.
It's about changing your tls location. It's possible but only on mobile phone. I think it's a glitch to the favour off those that wants to change location.
1. Open your Gmail and click on the link sent to your mail from ukvi
2. It will open in the Gmail browser, sign in then click the three dots on the top left corner of the Gmail browser.
3. Click on open in Chrome, it will open the same page in chrome.
4. Click on the three dots again and then click on show desktop website. The page will refresh and take you to the page where you can select a location (as if you are starting a fresh with tls).
5. Change your location and that's it
Disclaimer: It occurred to me this night and I was shocked to see it. Mind you, I did not select a new location because I didn't see a need to, the closest place to me is ikeja and I already have a date for next week. |

Those that have attended their interview and biometrics should please update us with the stage their application (this can be tracked on tls website) is so we can get an estimate on the application time.
I guess someone did his/her interview here on the 4th of August and that's 13 days from now. Considering that, those that have not been able to get a date for their interview yet will be so worried. |

less transactions carried out within those periods I guess Youngee34: Sorry to put you back a bit. I'm just trying to understand this.
You said you provided a bank statement from 8th July to 6th August. From my calculations, that is already 28days. So what was the reason why it wasn't accepted?
Sorry to bother you, just trying to clarify some things. |

Lol... Definitely a glitch. I was booked for 12pm, August 27th, upon checking now and I saw 8pm. Do we now need to attend our interview and biometrics at odd hours? Sonarirok: Dates are back up. My husbands time is now reading 21:00pm. We will go at the time we selected on our appointment.
Check yours. You should be able to upload now.
Abuja applicants evening/night slots are available now from 3rd September. |

It's $1000. My ihs fee was $1005 and I couldn't pay with my access card, I contacted them on Twitter and they confirmed the limit to be $1000. Maybe those you met at the bank weren't updated about it or probably they are tellers. It was $3000 before but $1000 now. Anitaamich: They told me the same at their branch, I really don’t know where people are getting the $1000 information from |

Take heed to that advice, I was advised same too by my uni rep. Gbeskey: Please what as transaction got to do with the statement of account showing one's proof of maintenance funds? I deposited my funds since 30th of June without any transaction in the account till 15th of July, only for my sch rep telling me that I would start counting my 28days from the 15th of July and then make another transaction a day before I print out the account statement. Gurus in the house I am lost at this very point. |

Celomomo: If you have access to your school agent, they may be able to help with a Dollar Card or if you know anyone who can. The only way now is to get a dollar card You are a life saver! I had to follow your advice and it went very well. My uni agent assisted me with the payment and further went ahead to vet my application (i gave her full access to my application page and sent all documents to her), dots the i(s) and also gave me some advice as regards the statement of a thing even though my bank statement covered the 28-days, there was less transactions carried out within those 28 days. She further told me she would prepare me a mock interview pending the real interview day. She was very friendly and helpful too. Going forward, if you are not still clear about the advice given here, you can still contact your school agent for assistance, after all, it comes at NO cost and why not? My uni is Bournemouth University and the agent web link is https://www.bournemouth.ac.uk/study/international/bu-your-country/nigeria/representatives-nigeriaOnce again @celomomo what brand of beer do you take? |

Sanitizer: Your bank decides the exchange rate not oanda and co. my bank didn't do the conversion, that's the amount I was requested to pay on the uk.gov website. However, ihs fee using the ihs fee calculator is £750 equivalent to approximately $981 whereas I am seeing $1005 |

I am trying to make ihs and visa payment with my access bank card and it is not going through or have they also reviewed their card limit too?
Also, how is my ihs fee be $1005? I thought it's £750 and the equivalent is £$981 using oanda and other currency converters like xe.com |

duchess90: Everything you see on the checklist are as a result of the details you put in your application. if it is included, your best bet is to provide it.
If your parents are sponsoring you, you could in addition to their statement and your birth certificate provide a letter saying they are sponsoring your studies, with their signature. You could go a step further to notarize this letter (not compulsory).
Cheers OK thank you |
