Hello, everyone, please i need advice on my student visa application to canada. is it possible to apply for a study permit for myself and with my son of 12years old without his mother going with us. i want to know if it is allow , please i need your advice so i can start our visa application on time. cheers

Why do say i should not try re-entry. i will still submit the visa application in future, the worst is they refuse me, which am almost sure they will still give me the visa. but i am ok in my country for now.

After my six month overstayed the boarder police officer was just mocking at me that i will pay a fine, and i ask him how much and he said how much do you have , then i told i him i have 150 euro and he took me to the police office and do the paper work and gave me receipt of the payment and stamp my passport overstayed. Please i dont understand what you mean by local foreigner office. i reside in caen, do you have any idea of local foreigner office in caen or any where in france that i can seek for the advice. My worry is the exact amount of fine i will face financially when am leaving the airport

I dont think you will be fine financially for overstaying, moreover you left voluntarily.
Although it may have negative effect on your subsequent application to france.You can visit the local foriegners office in your area for advice.I think you will be fine.

hello the wise one in the house, please I submitted the uk student visa application and I received email from Abuja last Wednesday that my visa has been issue and it will be ready for collection in two working days. so I thought it will be ready on Friday but till now Monday is not yet ready when I track it on the teleperformance. Please does any body know how long it take to get ready for collection after the approval email.

Hello justwise and the whole house, i submitted application to the France since 26/08/2013 and i did my biometric the same day but i never hear anything from them since, hope there is no problem with the application because i plan to travel on the 10 of September to attend the trade fair, can you pls advice me on what i should do for quick response. justwise: There is no need to re-book, submit and go for your interview, use the interview opportunity to explain to the embassy about the mistake, there is nothing to worry about there.

Hello justwise and co, please i had already fill out the online application form and had also book the appointment. But i later discovered that there was mistake on my parent dob (it was different from the dob i submitted last year while i was refused )can i fill out a new online application and book another appointment. please advise me, though the parents are late and i don't even know there real dob, i only quote for them, but what i fill last year was different from the online application i just submitted now. please can i fill another online form and re book the appointment. it is urgent i need response please.
Also i had paid the full tuition fees and i have a balance of (1,400,000naira) in my account for over one month, hope it will not affect my chance about the maintenance fund

it is two different event, one is 10 - 13 of september, and the other is 2 - 4th october not 24th of october. I hope going for two events will not be a problem, though the two event are related to my work and i want to do two different reservation for the two events, which means i will come back to nigeria after the first event and go back again for the second event in october, pls advice if it is ok like that, i plan to submit on monday

Please I need help, my finger print was collected in Uk IN 2006, when I applied to renew my uk visa again, it was discovered that I lied about my finger print collected in uk. Now i want to apply for france visa, hope the france will not ask uk about my travel history. i have new passport and i have already travel to canada once and i came back home. but they did not specify that i have been banned for ten years, they gave me appeal letter. Can I tell them at the Holland that I have not been to UK before in order to apply for the Holand visa ?. Do you know if Holland will collect the biometric data if i want to apply for their student visa.

please i came from UK volountry in 2008 after overstaying for 6 months and i was hold by police and they collect my biometric data uk. When I arrived Nigeria in 2008 i stamped my passport that i spent two weeks in uk at the airport. But when i applied to renew my visa to uk in 2008. The ECO check my immigration history and found out that the i did not spent two weeks in uk because the police in uk had collected my biometric data after overstaying and discovered that that my arrival stamp in nigeria is false. so they hold my passport and gave me appeal letter. But i did not appeal because i knew i was guilty. But now i have been in Nigeria since then and will like to travel again. I have been admitted to University in Ireland, but i am scared may be the Ireland embassy can check my biometric immigration history with UKBA. I have also been admitted at one Holland University and i dont know if the holland embassy will also check my biometric with uk embassy. Please advise me on what to do.
