Free download of your firmware is kinda hard to source for online(being an old update file) so i still recommend an upgrade via Nokia Ovi Suite

It's like your phone doesn't have Over the Air update. Check your settings menu and check if there is a software update option if you see it, you can click it and it'll show you the available updates Then you can update it.is that so? Besides i wanted to ask, which application you used for that screen shot app and which keys did you use as your activation keys.

kk.to upgrade is lil bit easy i.e if u knw hw 2 go abt it.
your phone supports firmware over the air which i belive wld be d easiest 4 do this jst dial *#0000# click on options select check for updates,if theres any update it wld download and update(jst follow d screen prompt to do dis).
There are other methods of updating i wld upload the tutorials later.i prefer updating via phoenix.so stay tunned for tutorials,k?
