MikeofKd: Nobody knows your character, this is a faceless forum ,you can lie all you want here but defending leg chain is absurd , it is bad and those who wear it are very much dangerous people , hype yourself and call yourself good all you want , e no concern me.
Stop eeeeeeet? Leg chain is no different from earring or bracelet or necklace. It's just another item of fashion. There's nothing special or untoward attached to it. A saintly looking lady without make up and all its trappings can give a man hell on Earth. What would you ascribe her attitude to?
I did cohabit with my bf-turned-hubby briefly, I think about a month or so.
Our house got burnt to rubbles, as in totally burnt, and my parents weren't around at the time, they'd traveled. We, my siblings and I, shared ourselves to live with family and friends. I was more comfortable staying with him. The fire incident was December, I went back to school in January and before the semester ended around March or so, my dad had fixed the whole issue.
We started staying together though after our traditional marriage. I'd wanted to wait till the white wedding was done (cause we had months in between) but my mum wouldn't have it. She said we were already married white wedding or not.
Ronus should travel and see... Even online travel will open their eyes, use your smartphones...[/quote]One small question for you. Did Ronus write this article? If not, then don't insinuate what is not.
Validated: We understand the format... to change the Christian genocide narrative. We are not fooled.
This is the exact thing I wanted to type. This is clearly staged. Whoever is behind these orchestrations should go apply at Nollywood, scriptwriters are needed! Awọn Eleriibu!
A colleague was once diagnosed with brain tumor, and in the process of her treatment was recommended for blood transfusion; for the same reasons of being a Jehovah's Witness, she rejected the blood transfusion. She is LATE now.
Another colleague had multiple cysts in her liver. She is Apostolic Faith where they don't use Science-related drugs. This one is wise, she put religion aside and ran to the hospital. Many tests were done and treatment recommended. As she was praying on one side, she was religiously using her drugs on the other side. Now she's alive to tell her story.
Imagine REJECTING a recommended lifesaving medical procedure because it's against the tenets of a religion devised by people when the peak of medical knowledge was amputation and leeching.
Pure MADNESS!
You are sick with cancer and you're rejecting the treatments recommended by Medical Professionals while saying "whatever happens is god's will."
Yet same people will tell you that NOTHING happens without God's approval. So the medical innovation that led to blood transfusion is inherently God's will too.
But because it's not being manifested through Pulpit BANDITS, you are discounting it.
Religion is a KILLER!
What this lady is doing is NOT different from a suicide bomber who blow himself up with the promise of 72 virgins—both of them will die in VAIN.
The worst part of all this that the Religious Leaders of this people would be on the first flight to Europe if they do much as cough funny.
Meanwhile, someone is here REJECTING treatment for cancer in the name of religion.
Hmmm! A lot to be grateful for this year. First, I'm grateful for life, for sound health, for family, for protection, for provision and most significantly, for transition.
Yes, I transitioned from being the little, insignificant, inconsequential me to a life builder, a coach, a mentor, a leader in every community or association I belong in.
It was overwhelming at first and I cried at the many BIG responsibilities thrown at me all at once. I thank God for how well I've been able to joggle all of these and being successful at them. I'm particularly grateful because all these opportunities have enabled me to live a purpose driven life adding colours to the life of others.
I thank God for my friends, for Arsenal, for my finances, for immense blessings all year round.
Burning Boy abi wetin una dey call am. Na una know wetin you see for him body. One song wey E sing like this, I no know. Have you all forgotten he's lawless when he and his boys went to a club brandishing weapons?
People who neglect their own, going about doing "fẹfẹrity" (notice me) outside are dangerous people. As E no Know us, we self no sabi am!
Getbetter: The truth about chelsea fans... They're blinded from seeing reality.
A club of one-big wonder against big clubs, but get demolished by lesser clubs on a steady. A team getting 6 red cards in in about 12 matches. What a new low level of indiscipline!
Bunch of poor players and coach who fail to make the difference in many matches!
They still get carried away by 'I beat PSG', I beat Barca'. It's time you start fighting for Top 4 now. Your place is not at the top.
The Minister of State for Defence, Hon. Bello Matawalle, had made a controversial statement regarding bandits activities in Nigeria. According to him, not all bandits are criminals, claiming that some of them engage in violence activities as an act of revenge.
He explained that when some local vigilante groups carryout investigations in their area, they sometimes destroy their settlement and make away with their cows, Matawalle claims that such incidents push some groups into retaliatory actions, contributing to the cycle of violence.
His remarks have sparked mixed reactions across the country. While some argue that his comments highlight the complexity of rural conflicts, others believe the Minister’s statement risks sending the wrong message about criminal activities associated with banditry.
Security analysts emphasize that regardless of motive, bandit attacks continue to threaten lives, property, and national stability.
What do you think about the Minister’s statement 🤔
Oxford Dictionary says a bandit is one who robs others in a lawless area, especially as part of a group. Synonyms - A bandit is an outlaw, a cheater, a criminal, a fugitive...
So this weyrey who is a high ranking Defence person is a criminal apologist?
Tinubu Wake Up! Wake Up!
If I were the president, as he's leaving that podium, that microphone, it's straight to prison! A weyrey man that has no respect for his position. He said it's revenge...Revenge against what gangan? Èèyàn ofo! Rádaràda!
We4all: So, because he is from Benue, he cannot understand other dialects again? What if he was born in the west or has yoruba neighbors? The way some of you reason can be appalling.
Don't mind them; my Hausa neighbours, the dad, mum and their six children all speak Yoruba fluently, their mum will even add proverbs if she's talking. I have another neighbour, he's from Kogi, the part that shares the border with Enugu. He speaks Hausa fluently because he schooled in the North. He speaks Ibo fluently because his village is close to the Eastern part of the country, he speaks Yoruba fluently because he's worked in Lagos all his working life, so what are they telling me?
I had 3 Ibo friends that we all shared a room in the university (Southwest) They all speak Yoruba fluently. We lived peacefully for 3 out of the 4 years. I'd started to pick a few Ibo lines here and there before we went our separate ways. I still consider them as sisters till tomorrow. They took care of me (I was the youngest)
The cultural diversity and the interminglings is one of the sheer beauties of Nigeria. But if our living together isn't working anymore, let each one go to his tent, abeg.
NOETHNICITY: Of course, this would also have been blamed on the Fulani if not for this very revelation
The Fulanis are not absolved in this particular one. They speak the language of their host so you can't say really. They most probably will be complicit. I'm from Kogi State, I know what I'm saying.
It was December 26 (Boxing Day) 1999. My undergraduate days. Our house got totally razed to the ground. We couldn't salvage anything. We, my siblings and I, only had the clothes we were wearing, no more! Our parents have traveled for the Christmas. My friends joked that our house got burnt cause it wasn't Year 2000 compliant That was the grace to grass episode.
Now, we are multiple times better, everyone of us. We're all still alive and bubbly. Also, we're doing much better, everyone is a graduate now. My sister whose certificates got burnt in the inferno travels the world now at will. My parents are retired but they're living well. My siblings owned their own businesses and we're more in the family now because there are grandchildren all around. We've grown from a family of 7 to 28. This is the Grass to Grace Story. God is wonderful!
I like Brother Shaggy, I like Kiekie, I like Taooma too, she's trying. Sabinus is a major clown. There's one weyrey that used to wear red jacket and carry oversize Ghana-must-go sack but I don't know his name.... they're the MVPs, they save us from frustration.
