Source; obembet Kanu. I'm obsessed about Kanu, Our lanky striker. For me, he'll make any team. Don't know Yekini and Oliseh too well, we were kind of young then. We watched them later though, not when they were reigning. In my jocular mood now, please, where's Mr. Garba Lawal? |

The match would have been most interesting if he had played those available guys.
Everybody dey use their starlets once in a while, e reach Slot turn, him leave them for bench?
That guy just make me lose passion to watch my team play.
I really wonder which juju him use win league last season. He can't use those starlets, E reach to fear Arsenal. As per winning the league last season, Ọmọ, na AI. |

Jerryblaq: This is what you get when 80% of your youth are roaming the street jobless. Not to be pessimistic but this is never ending anytime soon cos the level of frustration among the youth today is overwhelming. Many of them are above 30 and have no blueprint on how to structure their life. . The first time the enormity of unemployment in Nigeria hit me was during the Endsars protest. You need to see the number of young, vibrant, Nigerians on the street. It was scary how such a humongous crowd of people are unemployed or underemployed. The truth is many of them who are not resilient will commit crime to survive. |

You see that guy called TOSIN, dude deserves to be flogged by a cane that was soaked in Kerosene. Very useless player.
Chelsea is just a mediocre team with a bunch of unserious players. See as everywhere quiet as if person die. All their Agbero fans don enter house quietly go sleep for their bench or is it mat that they sleep on self. Who is Chelsea's scout? Arsenal has always done better in terms of recruiting. Rejecting Mhykhailo Mudryk for Leandro Trossard is one of Arsenal's best decision in a while. Even Mudryk, swayed by quick pathway to success, would look back now and regret choosing Chelsea over Arsenal. This is our season! #COYG |

IGBOSON1: There is no Igbo that will cheer over the death of anyone at the hands of marauding sahelian terrorists! We also have been victims of these scum....and our own started way back from the 50s, peaked in 1966, and continues to this day!
What some may want to call 'abusing' or 'cheering' is just some Igbo saying 'we told you so....we warned you on the dangers of getting in to bed with the devil either because of lust for power and the access to the federally-enabled wealth that comes with it, or because you want to deal with Ndigbo and get one over them in national politics'! What you see happening, not just in the south-west but all over Nigeria, has its roots in Tinubus' earlier scheming pre-2015 with Buhari to snatch power at any cost....power they were ill prepared to wield wisely, altruistically, and to the benefit of ALL Nigerians! What you see happening today is the chickens coming home to roost! Earlier, there were attacks in Port Harcourt and Enugu, what's your take on that? |

Like I don't really get!! Maybe they hate her or wanted her gone. It is well.. may her soul rest in peace 🕊️. Don't start a fiasco that you cannot finish. What do you mean she wasn't mourned? Kobojunkie: Any woman, even you, depending on the country we place you in, can pass for a woman on the roadside. Yes, if this were a picture of you walking on the roadside posted for a crowd somewhere in Afghanistan or Sudan, you would be seen as a prostitute too. So stop already!
2. Do you need to have a personal relationship with anyone to stand up for their right to dress and present themselves as they choose so long as they are not breaking any laws?
3. Stop seeing your fellow women are competition in your brain. 🥱🥱🥱 I don't know the picture of me you have conjured in your head. But get this: I'd never be caught wearing those! Never! Lastly, if you're befuddled about it, ask Nairaland men (the nightcrawlers among them) where they source their prostitutes from, they'll tell you. A club girl isn't so distant from a prostitute! |
Romance › Re: There’s A Strange Trend In Nigeria Right Now by placeofallure(f): 8:40pm On Jan 03 |
Kobojunkie: That image is of women in a club scene... not prostitutes. So, many African sources chose to label them prostitutes for obvious reasons.
And yes, African men, including husbands — with wife/wives waiting for them at home in drab cloths— who frequent prostitutes, do take some of them out to clubs, parties, etc., so yes, it makes sense that even those women would need to dress well at night, just like everyone else out there can. They can pass for women by the roadside. That's what the writer intended them to be. Random pictures can be pulled from the internet for emphasis purposes. Or do you have a personal relationship with anyone of them who affirmed to you that this was a club scene? Woo! Kobokobo or whatever, this is a new year. Don't stress me with your antagonistic mentality. O ṣe inu ọdun tuntun. No use your reggae spoil my blues. |

Ladies do it all over the world for many different reasons....work, dates, clubbing, partying, occasions, hanging out, etc. Nighttime is not immediately bedtime for everyone out there, even right there in Nigeria. 🥱🥱 I am talking about the women in this picture. There's what the thread is talking about, prostition, not any of those other things you talked about. |

Like the ladies in the picture accompanying this thread, I still can't wrap my head around how I'll dress up, at times to the teeth, in the night like this; when every evening I rush home to go UnCloth. I think it's weird. Poverty cannot be the only reason responsible for this. Donorince001: You won’t believe your eyes if u go to festac at night. |

Jim beglin wud say, 'the cold and windy premiership game in Stoke. Chai Yeah! I remember Stoke City were a very physical side. They fit break any leg. Ryan Shawcross, Asmir Begovic, Pennant, weyrey Palacios, Peter Crouch the talley, and Rory Delap the throw-in master. We (Gunners) see shegey for their hand with our very fragile side. everythingtall3: some ladies just gets very comfortable with you and see you as part of them. Not in all cases though, but once your girlfriend stop saying thank you, it may also mean she feels like one with you.....
Talk to her about it No! There's no justification or excuse for not saying 'Thank you' I've been with hubby now for over a decade. When he does the minutest, the most insignificant of things for me, I still say thank you. People should not grow into a disagreeable habit and assume it is normal. |

Many things actually. The blessings are so numerous I can't count them. This year is remarkably significant because my walk with God made sense the most, so much that I started to campaign to people how God doesn't owe anyone. He always replenish in multiple folds if you diligently seek and serve him. It's been from one blessings, breakthroughs, achievements, feats to another. I became the quintessential apple of God's eyes.
I love you Lord Oh your mercy never fails me All my days I've been held in your hands From the moment that I wake up Until I lay my head I will sing of the goodness of God
All my life you have been faithful All my life you have been so, so good With every breath that I am able Oh I will sing of the goodness of God...
Your goodness is running after, it's running after me Your goodness is running after, it's running after me With my life laid down, I'm surrendered now, I give you everything Your goodness is running after, it's running after me. Thank you Jesus! I'm grateful 🙏🙏🙏 |

They are all small teams that occasionally cause trouble but don't have what it takes to be champions.
