Gyming was cool... Though I made sure it was light gyming.. I focused more on weight lifting since this takes lesser toll on the heart compared to aerobics!

Normally, I don't eat before gyming but today I had oat meal with sugar and milk in it!!..... I'm thinking of going back to the gym this evening!!

I hit the gym today.
3 minutes into my aerobic work out, I started feeling faint and dizzy.

I stepped down immediately.
It felt like the world was spinning slowly and my heart was pounding sooo fast that I begaon to feel like I was gonna throw up.

As I'm writing this, my head still feels light and my hands still shaky!!

Ever experienced anything like this?

I use the starcomms izap and after paying heavily for stellar services, its been nothing but a nightmare.

I haven't been able to use it to browse the net for weeks.... Its taking its toll on my business since I always have to be online.

My assistant contacted them but they had no solution. Though they accepted the fault was theirs!!

My phone has been helpful but not half as helpful as my lappie (with network) wld hve been!!
