PoliticsRe: The Black Soldiers And The Ape by pleep(m): 4:54pm On Jul 10, 2011
Change the title from "black soldiers and the ape" to 'African soldiers and the ape' if you don't mind.
There's no need for it to be a racial thing haha. grin

^^Dude this is a proven fact. Any ethnic group that marries within itself since 'times immortal' will develop genetic uniformity and problems. That's why people natually mix with similar neighboring groups.

have you heard of Tay sachs disease among the ashkenazi Jews of Europe?

kcjazz:
Basically, we don't have a way to transfer land assets in order to access capital. Part of solving the problem is to modernise our land registering system so that all this land in my village can be used as a collateral to gain capital. We do not have the legal framework for that YET leading to ambiguities as to who owns what. El Rufai tried it in Abuja and it could be done. This is what we have to borrow from the west before doing industrialisation.

Have you wondered why most conflicts in this country or even Africa are directly or indirectly related to land?
Hence this problem, banks will always ask for high amounts to enter the market to cover their risks. Barriers to entry will always be high. Even PDP presidential forms goes for 10 million naira
These are very interesting points. I agree with you on this. Land reform is vital.

As for the Nigerian banks I suggest avoiding them intirely. You can get good loans for relativly little capital in the u.s and europe.
BusinessRe: To Set Up A Paint Production Plant. by pleep(m): 5:43am On Jul 10, 2011
You are in the perfect position to make a paint factory IMO.

Check alibaba.com ppl on there should be selling paint making machines.
Also do some Internet searches on the material need for latex paint.
(type in how is pant made on YouTube) the ingredients can also be found on alibaba.

Since ur in the bussiness you should know the market and have an advantage. Good luck!
Let's industrialize Nigeria!
BusinessRe: School Chalk Production by pleep(m): 5:35am On Jul 10, 2011
You can look at a wide range of chalk producing machines on alibaba.com (you probably already know this)

I personally belive the demand for chalk is rather high. We still use it alittle here in the u.s.
However, I know the demand for exxpo felt markers is huge. If you want to produce those.

I wish I could help you more. Good luck.
