Basically, we don't have a way to transfer land assets in order to access capital. Part of solving the problem is to modernise our land registering system so that all this land in my village can be used as a collateral to gain capital. We do not have the legal framework for that YET leading to ambiguities as to who owns what. El Rufai tried it in Abuja and it could be done.
