I do not suppose or imagine that any of the southern militant group including ESN or OPC would deliberately target an American convoy. These groups have stated that their objective is to frustrate and flush out killer herdsmen from their forests and farmlands.

In my own opinion, I believe some gang of kidnappers for ransom, or some iterant violent herdsmen group are responsible for this attack.

That said, I expect the Americans to deploy their humit assets to get to the bottom of this attack.

With River State, Lagos, and other obviously rigged states, how can INEC proof to the PEPT that it conducted a free and fair election? If INEC is not able to show this, the election could be cancelled.
