same Happen in my Agency but everyone got paid this December 31st to be precise. But ours was just November salary was affected so those people had 2 months salary plus arrears of minimum wage.

I work with national space research(nasda) we haven't been paid salary since oct 2019 not to talk of increment.federal govt pls pity us.we have been living on loan upon loan.eventually we will still use the salary paid for loan offset
