I meet this dream here a married man first day we meet I most say he was very honest and I said to my self this is the right man we made plan he took the car to his places the 2 day of work he said car didn’t start that they said they we can sometimes I send him 2500 for him to add 1k to it but he said the rewird said his busy I have to take a bike with a rewire with me he fix it and we found out that the battery was dead and it is not my area I don’t no any body there I can borrow battery form so the mechanic told him to find battery and put the car so I meet him okay send me the 2500 I sent to u so I can give him he said okay.I wait wait I don’t see the money which I sent to him and he told me there is where he can take battery my brother I have to rent a battery with my own money and take a bike to his place still didn’t work the next day he called a rewire and they said the Alternator is bad I said Jesus how come I told him oga bring have let me bring half he said he doesn’t have 1 naria and he called him said a buniess man,I said okay by Monday I brought the Alternator and I have to still take a mechanic there to fix it still paid for the transportation and workmanship,he said don’t worry u we enjoy me that we have to share it half half which is 7k I agree am not talking of the battery I rented or the bike money in the rain and all,on Sunday he brought the car because that was our agreement on the first day okay oga give me my car rent money he was so rude that Uber pay every Monday this morning he came pick up the car I told him pls I need this my money before 12:00 today he was so rude said don’t be calling me oo anytime Uber pay that is when I we send ur money I was like in mind is he now the owner of my car this is the first week of time doing business with me and he said his have be in Uber for a long time and doesn’t have a car of him own,I have send him a message that dis we be the last time he we try to be rude I owner my car and if doesn’t like my term the best thing is to say oga I nor work now he is acting like an begging him to drive my car

We want to believe the agreement binding both of u is rental, which makes you liable for any repair [ clause 2]

Fact: if he is on rental and drive 1km from point of dotted lines, whatever happens to the car falls on you and it is your responsibility to fix the car within the time frame that won't distract his work if you are willing to get your money on said date.
About returning the car... No driver is happy returning cars on Sunday's, because it is a peek day for some, but if he agreed, I guess it must have been a good agreement for both of you.
In summary: you need to take emotions out of business, being rude is relative and respect should always been earn not a thing to demand for. For him not to be human enough during the dark period after working for 2 days shows the foundation of your agreement is faulty and may not yield good returns. So do the needful

Note: Uber may not pay him today and if he doesn't have any money or go as far to take loan just to keep to your agreement, you have to manage him. Sometimes we have to deal with reality for what it is and not expectations.

It;s really that sad. Sometimes we just have to think things through critically without no religious sentiment or attaching any sort of emotion be it male or female then we will have better undertanding of the situations going on around us. All we need to do is use common sense and not being biased then you will read the signs. It's the end time and the bible talks about all this. For some church is like a competition. I want to believe some PFN pastors have hands in all this allegation. At first they claimed that Biodun was never a registered member of PFN. After a month they came out again saying they called him to come air the part he played in the allegation and he never honor there invitation and they pointed out is not there member again. Less than a week after that Biodun was invited by the police in Abuja. Something seems to be wrong somewhere. Also, a PFN pastor came out and said what Bisola said he her truth and he is a witness to that. They ask him how he was a witnessed and he said Bisola told her everything as her pastor and confided in him even before she got married. That's heresay and not witness as he claimed. Also Christian Association of Nigeria stood by Fatoyinbo and they did there investigation and believed he never raped the said woman. PFN is questionable and i know how PFN pastors can jealous each other and even fight each others for members. The modern PFN needs to be check. The envy and jealousy within the PFN is very big. Biodun might be saying the truth. We need to stop judging a man by there looks or what they wear. An average Nigerian will jealous you if you dress good and look clean everyday. That is so pathetic.

in a nutshell PFN pastors r not honest and should not b trusted? We r finished in dis country when it comes to Christianity. Let's just shut down all the churches and worship from home, the mighty one will understand.

I just got home, I don't usually sleep in the car, unless its Friday or a day before my off and I find myself on the island, I'll just pass the night and do like 5k back to mainland, that 5k is for d day step down. But at the same time if I have pass d night in the car, I won't have been typing this, now I have to eat and before I sleep maybe 2 or 3.

A road off the shopping complex, I really can't tell, maybe its a filled day for dem already, I just didn't roll down or open chance for any communication, I didn't struggle to turn, but at the same time, wasn't willing to stop or listen to anyone. Thanks bro, i read rave reviews about Corolla, Civic and Camry but i can't afford them and so many people on this platform have warned against buying Nigerian used Corolla ,civic and Camry because they might have been bastardized on e hailing except it's a distress sale. The car self didn't cost up to 1.1m (Tokunbo) because its an old fashioned 2001/2002 car.
But what can a poor man do than to make do with what he has, that's why i don't do more than 7hours since i started on Saturday .
I have been brooding indoor since Wednesday when the AC issue started, hopefully, when I visit radautoworks tomorrow, they'll help to proffer a solution because the thought of those AC technician disassembling my dashboard is scary and i asked them to run a diagnostics test to know where the gas leakage comes from, they said i can't teach them their job.

It is well boss, just don't like the idea of work today and spend fixing the next day. All the best

Yes, i was with him. He drained the oil that came with it and poured in the Mobil 1.
But then again, when they brought the car in July, i observed that the bonnet was hot, so i called the attention of the dealer and he said the car has to work to an extent before the cooling fan starts working but i was not pleased as i was scared that the car might develop fault if it gets too hot , so i told the mechanic to make sure the cooling fan start working immediately i put on the engine which he did by just connecting one of the wire to the bonnet but he did not remove the thermostat because he warned me not to allow anyone tamper with it.

Boss they have over touched your car, dia is a need to go back to starting point and reshape everything. Our mechanics here r wonderful, to them, every problem is analogue "leave it like that, it doesn't matter". Inbtw, I'll like for u to review ur car and its durability for the job, soh u don't earn today and overfed mechanic d next day, its too early for d stressing.

If they go to court, the system will frustrate the family, dia is barely justice in dis world. Court case will drag for almost 2 year while lawyers and prosecutor keeps feeding on both parties. I hate anything that have to do with litigation with passion.
