This is what happens when the foundation of a political entity is built on godfatherism. I hope Fubara will be able to do his legitimate work in peace without all these unwarranted distraction and after 4years, he should face his fate at the ballots.

No doubt wages and salaries should be reviewed, upscaled, and upgraded but 615k is not only going to drive up inflation, but locally cripple the value of the naira which is our national identity. The federal government is in-between the rock and the hard place as it is with this topic. The natural solution for this may be to 1)Drive down prices of goods and services (even if it has to subsidize grains such as rice, beans , maize etc).
2) start giving out incentives and cash award to civil servants and artisans to mitigate the effect of this hardship
3) Adequate security and mechanized incentives for farmers everywhere.

Honestly I don't think we are grateful enough for Opay and the likes. Unnecessary money deduction, transfer and receipt issues, app bugs etc have been minimal since I started using Opay and moniepoint. Thanks once again Opay.

Great PMB. Posterity will judge you as one of the greats I'm sure. Many people cussing and vilifying are either too shallow to comprehend or too bigoted to understand the myriads of issues we have as a nation. Tinubu, Atiku or Obi can only make promises to get power, but dispensing, allocation and re-allocating of scarce resources,feeding the whole of west Africa with our ever porous borders and corruption in every nook and cranny of our every day lives isn't child's play. Nigeria MUST be great in our time.
