I said if it pays well because he is a proud person and wont want to be called a driver so unless the monetary returns is much he will not be motivated to put pride aside and do it. But I will research uber jobs in my area to see if I can find anything. My parents can't really connect him. They are retired. Her Dad is late, mum is in the village. Though she was recommended to me by a good friend who is with her elder sister for 5 years now. He made the whole arrangement. But we are already making plans to see her mum and know her village before leaving her alone with the kids. Don't forget she spent 5 years living and working with someone. That is a LONGGGG time to pick up and learn things.
Was she alone watching dstv on her own or watching British programs? Did she have access to radio, CD, MTV Base and listen to her satisfaction? Trust me, 5 years is a long time to learn and unlearn stuff.

PS: she stayed with someone for 5 years. Speak to that person, if the report was good, that speaks well of her behavior. It shows consistency and continuity of service. If you cannot deal with her, then please let her go and serve somewhere else. I hope you guys allow her do her stuff on her off days.
