Hahahha, I'm not sure the kids even take the Summer lesson serious sef.

All that I wanted to do back then was to show my lovely Nike Footwear, dressed in all Nike and subtly trying to impress the NEW BABE in the class !!

You know what I mean.

It was a social gathering for me !!!

Therefore, I support a more social congregation for these holiday activities.

Hi, I hardly respond to private messages.

No, I didn't have any issue with it, as per the last GCMS notes I received. grin

Okay. Thanks, Madam. Awww, sorry to hear about that, GCMS does not usually sound like a good thing, please correct me if I'm wrong.

I guess I will just go with NYSC Physics Teacher or Physics Teacher NYSC.

What I understand is this, as far as Canadian express entry processing is concerned, the vo's only know of 2 types of employment: Full time or part time. Now, if you state your employment type as nysc they might get confused as to what it means.

In my case, I asked my office to put my employment as full time and job position as NYSC Lawyer.

Thanks for the Clarification, Ethelia.

So hope you didn't have any issues with the Job position having NYSC in its narration?

Hello, Honourable members of the house,

I commend you guys on the job well done, you shall not be forgotten.

I want to find out something. I intend to use NYSC as my work experience and I am in the process of getting the reference letter from my PPA.

I would like to ask if the Employment Type should be stated as NYSC Youth Service or just written as Full-time Employment.

Would the former have any effect on the validity of the experience ??

Thank you in anticipation.

PLEASE OOOOO !!!!!!!

Kindly find below the format.

Hi Madam,

I am also interested in using my NYSC as experience. Please, I want to find out what you wrote as Type of Employment as stated in your described format.

I served in a school and the principal at the time of service has long retired, he said I cannot claim permanent full-time employment as he is no longer in charge, that is why I am eager to know the 'Type of Employment' you claimed.

Thanks in anticipation.

You worked with them five years ago, you left but the company wanted you to stay.. You felt they were not encouraging your career so you left for ur MBA.. After they called you back and offered to give you the job, you gave them a condition that you will be going for your masters in Leadership first before you can fully work with them... Based on your great contribution the last time you were in their employment, they accepted...
Na you come know how you go put am for SOP or company's statement..

He did give a letter of support but not a sworn affidavit by a notary. Does this place an importance on the application?

We can't really tell the importance of it, we're not in the VO's mind, but it's always safe to put it.

Swearing before a notary or in a high court shows that the sponsor has committed himself and is indebted (by law) to sponsoring the applicant.

(Well, Dats how I look at it. )

Tuition payment deadline is in 3weeks time , Is it advisable I pay now? or wait till I get an advice from CIC to pay.

I will advice you to wait till the last week before deadline, then you pay.

The payment will only confirm your attendance for the program, then by God's Grace you get your visa.

You have to understand a NLD's position before you make authoritative comments.

Did I mention that I was working with the company on a full time basis??

Do u know if I have been doing similar jobs related for my intended course of study and I need the program so as to expand the company in that direction

U should always understand a NLD's position before making authoritative, and if you don't, u simply ask.

We are here to learn, Thank you.

Good morning and sorry about the delay. But I think we lack information enough to understand these reasons given. Here are a few questions tho, if you will be open enough to answer them:

1. Did you submit the company's SOA? If yes, then why the need for them to transfer huge sum of money to your personal account.

2. Did the company state specifically why you have been picked and show evidence to back up such previous expenditure, or any plan for disbursement of funds/tuition?

3. Are you old enough (>30) and without your own family/personal properties?

4. Does what you do in the company relate with your intended program? if it does, what is your highest qualification and what are you going for?

Answer these then list your docs and people here can give suggestions.

Peace.

My former Application

I did not submit the Company's SOA, The Company transferred the money to my personal account as a sign of commitment to my study project. The company just submitted a board resolution of how it intends to sponsor one of its directors who will return and take full responsibilities.

The company addressed a paper on their letter head that they have pushed the huge amount to me for the study project that upon getting to the country (Canada), that they will push the remaining, Similarly, as a director in the company, I have been receiving a certain decent allowance monthly, and the company said that allowance will continue when I get to Canada.

I attached all the letters regarding all of that.

Am between 25-30, I M SINGLE WITH NO PERSONAL PROPERTIES.
I have a B.Eng in Elect/Elect Engineering and I have done training in Oil & Gas related courses here in Nigeria.

Bachelor of Applied Technology, Petroleum Engineering Technology at the SAIT Polytechnic, Calagry, Alberta, Canada.

The company is currently into geo-technical services with expertise in deep foundation works and with a goal of expanding to other branches of engineering i.e- providing engineering and technical services to oil and gas companies.

Travel / Re: Travelling To Canada Part 7 by porlo87: 2:18am On May 31, 2015
Hello All,

1st Application

Applied: March 27
Biometrics: Apr 8
Refused: May 14

Application Details
I'm on the board of directors of a family company, my eldest brother is the MD and sole signatory of the account, He transferred a very decent amount of money to my account for this study project, so i wrote in my SOP that the company is sponsoring by virtue of being a director and that i will return to take active position in the company. I mentioned that the company transferred an initial sum of money into my account (I attached the bank statement). I attached the company documents in the application showing them my directorship and all, I showed them minutes of the board resolution stating how a director will be sent for a study leave so a to develop the company. Additionally, as a director I have been receiving a decent director's allowance monthly for about years into that same personal account ( I even attached the pay-slips).

Refusal Notice:

As an applicant for a study permit, you must establish that your intentions are
bona fide and that you will leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for your stay. You must satisfy an
officer that you will not contravene the conditions of admission and that you do not belong in a category of
persons inadmissible to Canada under the Act. You must satisfy an officer that you will meet the requirements of
Part 12 of the Regulations, including satisfying the officer that you have adequate financial resources to pay
tuition fees and support your stay in Canada.

Additional factors mentioned;

You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay. In reaching this
decision, I considered several factors, including:

your travel history

your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence

purpose of visit

your personal assets and financial status.

WHERE DO I GO FROM HERE, BRETHREN.
