Got a job after five months, worked there for 2 months and later switched to a better job that pays me 4 times my former pay....na there i still de till today. But i still de look for federal connection in case you have.

Stop being silly. The promise from primary school is, study hard and graduate so you can get a good job.
Parents and governments aided and promoted this belief.... The student is never prepared for starting a business. Like he has no idea how business accounting works, how to raise loan, how to package and promote a product.

Then suddenly he graduates in a hostile clime like Nigeria, now you want him to go start a business.
I'm sure you don't have a business yourself. Because obviously you have no idea the grit needed to run a successful business in Nigeria.

Employing and empowering people how? Being successful in business is not as casual like the way you made it sound especially in a difficult country like Nigeria.

i collected my certificate this month, recently looking for job because I would need like 200k presently to set up my business store.

Started sending CV during NYSC cos I was scared as Hell on life after 19800k
Was called for an Interview 2 month to completion if NYSC in a large poutry farm in Lagos and am currently serving in Kebbi state,
So I lied am curently consulting for a farm in t b e north and will be done in 2 months time, asked if they can wait and they said okay..
Immediatly after service, I sure dint call cos I was like make I no fall hands,
A week later they called and an interview was scheduled, went there TO wao everybody
And h got the job IMMEDIATLY WITH A GOOD PAY.
After about 2 years of cashing out I decided to answer the call of Entrepreneurship and it's been God eversince

Probably 2 months. Multiple offers. Problem with most graduates in Nigeria is they are dumb as phuck and as dull as a blunt knife. Read through the comments of so called graduates on NL and you'll understand.

They lack innovation. Instead of charting a course based on their skills and passion what happens is they end up trying to adopt another man's plan. E.g because banmeee has a passion for marketing and has used his passion to get a job, so I too must do as banmmeee does .

Most menial jobs are easier to go into than salaried jobs.And most menial jobs pay more than salaried jobs.

Needs like what please? I have tried different businesses right from my 300l at the University and they didn't work out well for reasons due to running capital, low patronage and others. I have sold oranges outside my house, sold coconut candy too, sold chinchin and even peanut burger in different offices in Benin city as well, but had to stop due to high cost of getting raw ingredients and the same low patronage (people complained they don't have extra money for snacks and co). Talking about meeting a need is easy by so many people but in the real world of hustling, it isn't how it is.

God has been faithful, got rejected twice by my first and second PPA then a friend from our CDS took me to his PPA where i was accepted with the condition that I will be a field engineer.
Me that studied management with no engineering experience, had no choice so I accepted. To cut the story short after my NYSC i was retained, 6months later I got a double promotion, 3months after the double promotion I got another promotion with a 6figure salary. It has not been easy but this is God's way.

3 years sha but regained a lot and now gapping many friends who got employed before me
