I disagree with this slightly since I think it's more important just for the man to be secure in who he is so that he doesn't frustrate another man's daughter.

For a man who is secure, he is truly happy when his wife continues to do great things and make even more money because he realizes that he is hardworking and comfortable by himself, and his worth in the relationship goes far beyond just the money he brings in. They both support each other and motivate each other to be better people in multiple areas of life.

easier said than done.. Better pray your wife don't get richer than you..

Yeah, I dated one during my nysc days. Her aunt whom she stays with was in the house of representative then. This girl is so generous and humble but lack some life hacks lesson. She virtually does nothing apart from bathing and going to toilet.
Her maid does everything from for her even in school (school of nursing), I have to stop her from inviting her maid to come do everything for her. She cried the first day she washed her clothes.
I never demand anything from her nor allow her spend on me.
