Of-course your people started making all that BLM noise again DESPITE the fact that the cop saved the other black female from being stabbed by taking out the black female aggressor. The man is a hero in my book, but emotional folk who lack sense will disagree.

If they got arrested for being crooks, then that's what they deserve and more.
I won't side with them just "because they are nigerian". But most BA do not have the ability to think past skin when judging what is right and what is wrong. Very rarely if ever do you see BA see a black person committing crime and go "He's wrong for that. He should face the consequences of his actions". No public rebuke of black criminality. Yet you wonder why other communities see you a certain way. You cannot create a respectable community in the eyes of others if you cannot even show accountability amongst your community.

I do feel that it is the breakdown of the black family that keeps blacks down. Black families were stronger in the 60s than they are today. Blacks cannot afford to be independent or feminist like whites can, but we are raised to be that way. Whites have the resources to be "independent" while blacks don't. We need to develop some kind of family structure and pool our resources, even if we are unable to live in a traditional family setting because of slavery and systematic racism.

Today, both blacks and white families are equally broken down and there is no loyalty between men and women. The biggest observation in my workplace is that Americans that have a history in this country of at least 50 to 100 years are all single while all immigrant in my company are married and take care of extended family. The successful blacks that I have come in contact with have made a family either a traditional marriage or people that are willing to call themselves family. But one real problem that can't be ignore is that many people are not willing to pool their resources because it's hard to find people that have everyone's best interests. It is likely you will get stuck with people that are criminal elements that will drain everyone's pooled resources.

It wasn't you that stated that black are less intelligent. I have read on this forum plenty of times that Nigerians truly feel they are inferior to whites. With that kind of mindset blacks will never leave poverty. Black Americans do have the arrogance to believe they are not inferior; but in the end most of us end up being that way. Even if individual blacks are able to raise themselves out of poverty they look to share their wealth with other races. Many time in the end they lose their identity.

I know I answer with simplistic thoughts; and sometime I get a thought in my head and write that thought down to the wrong question or at the wrong time, but I never really have a chance to have deep conversations with many people.

I understand what you are saying and I am definitely not blind or a stranger to these occurrences. I'm a big black man living in America myself. My presence strikes fear in the hearts of police and purse-clutching white old ladies alike.

For example, I entered a diner with my laptop bag to eat and get some work done. There was a white cop there waiting for his dinner or something. The moment the idiot saw me he felt small, became afraid and tried to gain control of his white fear by coming to disturb me with his badge so he could feel big again. He patted me down.

Then said he needs to check what was in my bag. This is a diner where other people are coming and going without harassment. Understanding the psychology of the idiot, I smiled put the bag on a nearby table and told him to go ahead. He said I should open the bag myself (I knew what he was trying to do).

I told him "Officer, that could cause a misunderstanding because I don't want you to think I'm reaching for something and then something unfortunate happens. Let's all make it home tonight. I think it's best if you check the bag yourself if you really want to. Also don't mind if I record you while you do so".
Clear calm logic that makes sense to his primitive brain and considered his safety (his main concern), because he too does not want to get shot if I do happen to have something in the bag.

He could also see he wasn't going to get an EMOTIONAL response out of me like he wanted so he got bored and left. I asked for his name and badge number before he left and we wished each other well on our way.

I say all that to say, I'm not ignorant of living black in America, but wisdom will never fail me in my interactions with anybody here, neither can anyone stop me from continuing to succeed.

As to blacks getting killed for crimes more, I agree it sucks and much is being changed as we move into GenZ. Understand also that white people Also get killed by police... They just don't make the news when they do because it does not boost ratings. There is a mechanism to everything.

Police training is lacking. Too many unqualified people with no liver and just a month or 2 of training are giving guns and a badge. It starts from there. Any loser can be a cop today.

And you also have to get into the wider perspective and deeper psychology here... The reason they are afraid is because the US is a gun crazy country. I've had my run in with police both here in Washington state and in Cali and no, I never put myself in a position where they would kill me. I was in a local grocery store when I live in Cali buying groceries. I'm short 4'11" and this cop was Mexican about an inch taller than me. I'm sure racism, a Napoleon complex and a bit of misogynist behavior was taking place here. I was checking out my groceries and forgot an item. I went back to get the item when the policeman got in my face and stated someone accuse me of putting an item in my purse. I asked the fool if he wanted to check my purse and he said no. So I walked away because the cashier was waiting for me. About a month later I was waiting for a bus coming home from night college. The cop ended up in that area where the bus stop was looking for some criminal that escaped. He saw me waiting for the bus along with 20 other people and decided to harass me again. He wanted to check my drivers license to see if I had a criminal record. I guess they need to take someone to jail that night. There was no reason for him to do that, but I cooperated. When they found out I had no record. He decided to give me a ride home, so that everyone can think that I was some big bad criminal that he caught. His partner even looked at him like he was crazy.

Washington state was a bit more scary. I was in a city where 4 cops got killed by a black man. They killed the black man on the scene but cops decided to look for other family members to send to prison because allegedly the guy told family members that he was going to kill a cop one day. When they couldn't get no one to else "pay" for this crime, they started harassing random black people for minor infractions all over town. I had gotten harassed by this lone wolf because I had waited for the last day of the month to renew my tabs. They pull me over and handcuffed and put me in the police car telling me I had a warrant for my arrest. I basically had a 20 year old bench warrant from a dispute with my ex husband. He was trying to get me arrested and have my car seized because I owed a fine for a 20 year old domestic dispute. Luckily, He spent 15 minutes harassing me, then let me go.

I don't dispute that we should cooperate when cops are fucking with us. But we also know that cops will attempt to do things that they have no right to do and even exerting your rights can get you killed.

I understand what you are saying and I am definitely not blind or a stranger to these occurrences. I'm a big black man living in America myself. My presence strikes fear in the hearts of police and purse-clutching white old ladies alike.

For example, I entered a diner with my laptop bag to eat and get some work done. There was a white cop there waiting for his dinner or something. The moment the idiot saw me he felt small, became afraid and tried to gain control of his white fear by coming to disturb me with his badge so he could feel big again. He patted me down.

Then said he needs to check what was in my bag. This is a diner where other people are coming and going without harassment. Understanding the psychology of the idiot, I smiled put the bag on a nearby table and told him to go ahead. He said I should open the bag myself (I knew what he was trying to do).

I told him "Officer, that could cause a misunderstanding because I don't want you to think I'm reaching for something and then something unfortunate happens. Let's all make it home tonight. I think it's best if you check the bag yourself if you really want to. Also don't mind if I record you while you do so".
Clear calm logic that makes sense to his primitive brain and considered his safety (his main concern), because he too does not want to get shot if I do happen to have something in the bag.

He could also see he wasn't going to get an EMOTIONAL response out of me like he wanted so he got bored and left. I asked for his name and badge number before he left and we wished each other well on our way.

I say all that to say, I'm not ignorant of living black in America, but wisdom will never fail me in my interactions with anybody here, neither can anyone stop me from continuing to succeed.

As to blacks getting killed for crimes more, I agree it sucks and much is being changed as we move into GenZ. Understand also that white people Also get killed by police... They just don't make the news when they do because it does not boost ratings. There is a mechanism to everything.

Police training is lacking. Too many unqualified people with no liver and just a month or 2 of training are giving guns and a badge. It starts from there. Any loser can be a cop today.

And you also have to get into the wider perspective and deeper psychology here... The reason they are afraid is because the US is a gun crazy country. In Texas, they just signed a law that people don't even need background check or gun license anymore to buy gun. You can buy a Smith & Wesson along with your grocery shopping now.
That's why police in other countries like UK are more calm and seemingly heroic... Because they know it won't pass knife the other person has and they are trained martial artists. The USA is far dangerous for police and unfortunately also has less training. These issues will be addressed.

But on your part; going through this life without wisdom is a deadly thing. Work on the micro and in time the macro will shift.
