Palmerbarry:You can't possibly think as much as I do. If you're really passionate about the reason for that thought and you push it to the extreme, the thought would pop out from your mind and instead would be playing out in your presence!!. You'll begin acting as if everyone in the thought is alive and with you in your room. It happened to me in 2012, which is how I ended up writing the book on my signature. Napoleon Hill, in his book; "think and grow rich" also had similar experience when he was writing the book. We all talk to ourselves constantly, become aware and VERY MINDFUL of the mental diet (inner conversations/ thoughts) that you feed upon. Be sure it is lovely and of good report, because every idle word shall be accounted for, good, bad and indifferent. Those idle thoughts (mental diets) we are constantly having with ourselves that we think nobody hears do not recede into the past but go forward to confront us.. |

As an introvert every second... I do listen to music when In public with ear buds to control it... I just can't stop thinking about weird things and it seems am constantly having a debate with myself... More reason I don't feel bored nor miss anyone company..... If I see you fine.. If I don't fine.... This has always been a big issue in my relationships cos I might forget to call Bae for the whole day (long day meeting) It's kind of funny and weird to explain 3 Likes |
