I am satisfied with the bold but not your comment overall.

In order not to get into a 'he said, she said or they said' argument I will stop this dialogue here.

Your team promised that my vehicle would be ready today. I look forward to this.

Have a lovely day.

PS: I was informed some additional supplies were needed for the vehicle yesterday. I am still waiting for the revised invoice so I can make payment before coming to pick the vehicle.

How about we chalk this up to a less than ideal first impression with changes being made that will make the next one better cheesy

Also, I'll look into the additional supplies. I'm curious. Thank you again for the constructive feedback.

Agree that it is always unpleasant when something breaks at home, especially when it is such things as windows and doors. Fortunately, I managed to avoid this because I found a great company that knows how to do a good job of installing and repairing windows doors https://thwindowsdoors.com/keswick-window-replacement/ These guys know their business well and are well versed in all the nuances. I like that I can contact them at any time and they will do everything quickly and reliably. These guys are just right.

Please what's the cost of fixing a burnt gasket for a Toyota Corolla 2011 car?

Hi,

Below is *worst case scenario*. One is if you use our parts, the other is if you provide your own parts. This also assumes the worst case if you also need a water pump and/or radiator so you can subtract as needed.

Hi Radautoworks,
I noticed my oil dropped by about 0.7 quart after 1200 miles. I’m suspecting a leak or oil burn although there’s no evidence of oil burn from tailpipe. No burning smell or smoke or stain. I have changed the valve seal and one other seal. How much is the estimated cost of diagnosis and repairs for this. Vehicle is 2007 Kia Rio

hello,
Without seeing the actual problem I'm not exactly sure what you want a quote for. You have already changed the usual suspects.

Thank you. I was thinking there could be another suspect. Thank you

What about AC compressor replacement for the same vehicle?

It's actually easier and faster to request that from support@radautoworks.com or https://www.mrtransmissionmilexnigeria.com/parts-request because I'm not currently in the country and all I do is the same thing grin

"But why are their parts so expensive if as they claim they have no middle man and are direct with manufacturers? Afterall they are a Carquest undecided"

Ladies and gentlemen, the answer is simple-NIGERIA. No matter how honest you try to be the system encourages illegal behavior.

Case in point an issue I am actively wrestling as we speak that has been progressively getting worse over the past year.

When you import parts worth $1,800 (complete with manufacturer invoices attached to the pallet), pay shipping of $1,700 and customs decides that they know better than the manufacturer and says the goods cost $8,000 then hands you a duty bill of N1.6m ($3,333), what price can you then sell to your customer for? We fight it and usually get it down somebut that usually delays deliveries by 3-4 weeks undecided

Could we do like others and smuggle? Yes, we could but why would we put such a large investment at risk? We believe in transparency and doing things the right way but when a system takes advantage of that, what is your recourse? Despite that, we have never passed on the cost to the customer and simply relied on a low margin-high volume model.

So the next time you feel that Carquest prices are high, don't blame us, blame the system. I'm all ears if anyone has A LEGAL way to bring prices lower for our customers.

it's air that's the problem. All the agents we have and all the ones referred to us shy away from air.

Because of the incredible support we have received, we can no longer keep up with the volume of customers in a walk-in basis. For now, we will be operating based on appointments only. Quick changes like oil and brakes are still available via walk-in.

As we open more locations to spread the load we hope to be able to return to walk-ins for all services.

Thank you for your support and understanding.
