How can "God's organization" be preaching one thing today and retract it tomorrow? Where do we see such example in the Bible? Is that not causing confusion, is God author of confusion?

The history of God's people began from the time God called Moses to go and deliver His people Israelites from Egypt. They had lot's of ups and downs but God kept them together until Jesus arrived, after Jesus' departure God concentrated on Christians but what are we to expect from Christians?

God promised that He will come and destroy wicked people, but before then God will send His holy spirit to gather His people together as one big and happy family of peace loving worshipers {Micah 4:1-3} it's after this people has been gathered that the tribulations will begin. Throughout all these period God will not say a word to anyone they only have the Bible and God's holy spirit to continue guiding them. So they will surely make lot's of mistakes but since God's holy spirit is with them it will correct their mistakes until the whole world notice them as a global family that's having one mind! John 17:22

Consider God's people when they left Egypt go back and read their story then try to assimilate whether you can agree that they are the one and only worshipers of the true God if you happen to be their contemporary in other nations!

God dealt with all the nations coming against them not because they are holier than the other nations but because God chose them so if you're expecting perfection from JWs you're all deceiving yourselves.

The only sign God promised us is that they will be known globally as the group where they have the same line of thought {John 17:20-23 compare to Zephaniah 3:9} people will know that they have love for their members {John 13:34-35} they will be zealous and industrious in preaching and teaching about their God {Matthew 28:19-20} they will not support racism and politics so they will not carry weapons {Matthew 26:52 compare to Isaiah 2:4} and out of all the religions on this planet they will stand out! John 15:19, 17:14


So their mistakes in the past or mischief of some amongst them is a sign to tell you that they're not hypnotized to obey God's word rather each of them is struggling to cope with the new personality! Ephesians 4:22-24 compare to Luke 13:24

Each person from different races throughout the earth is coming to join them and washing their robes in the blood of the lamb, therefore any right thinking person shouldn't expect perfection from people who are still WASHING THEIR ROBES (working on their sinful traits)

That's why you people can only argue to condemn them but you can never find a single group out of all the ones around you that's meeting up with what they've achieved! Isaiah 54:17

So let's address your questions.
(1) Organization is about oneness in thought and motives for instance the Israelites were organized after they left Egypt and God began dealing with them as His people. Note that this people were not stagnant in understanding their God.
How do i mean?
At times this God will order them to pick up weapons against their enemies but at other times He will tell them it's His own battle. If you are watching them from a distance what will you conclude about this God that's changing the strategy of war?
So Organization is just about oneness not stagnation in line of thought.

(2) Confusion is when worshipers of the same God at the same time are saying different things, but where they're getting updated that is the work of God's Holy Spirit because Jesus promised his group that God's Holy Spirit will continue to update them on further information. Jesus is a perfect son of God so if the holy spirit is ministering to his he perfectly grasp it but the same is not with his imperfect followers. For instance in the first century some wealthy Christians made an arrangement to eradicate poverty in their midst. They began selling their properties and bringing the money to the Apostles and afterwards whatever they realize will be distributed equally so that none of them will be richer or poorer than the other.
It was after they loss a couple in the process that they now remembered Jesus' words:

"For you always have the poor with you, and you can do them good whenever you want to, but you will not always have me"

Then they realized that the arrangement was a wrong move and instantly they stopped it!
