In my Estste we are on premium class....we do 22 _ 24 hours most days safe for technical issues and we pay as much as N62/ kWh...I'm sure with this new tariff hike we might go as much as N75/kWh.
This must be a Guinnes book of record! Where in Nigeria do one get power 22 - 24hrs of power a day? Please be precise with the location.

No government light in my area on Lagos Mainland now for 5 consecutive days and counting. Normally they take and bring it on intervals but now no light again, as in 24 hours NEPA darkness. I'm getting fed up. Do you have still have government electricity?
More than 10hours when PHCN head is normal. But when the madness comes as a result of rainfall, there won't be light for 2days.That is why I keep on asking, "rain nor dey fall for abroad ?"

federal housing egbeada. Ask. There has been light since 11am yesterday. Has been that way for some time now. Your area may be plagued with local transformer issue.

Seems u don't understand how electricity is supplied in Nigeria. U think because u have electricity where u live, then every other area should have and if they don't have, then it is transformer issue. Nigeria, a country of 200m people, doesn't generate up to 4000MW. How can everybody have d same supply with 4000MW?

It's like many of the people here live in a different Nigeria because since I can remember there had been no constant light even approaching 12 hours.

Don't bother! Be rest assured some here are pulling figures outta God knows where,it's startling. Someone even say they enjoy power 24, as if no be the same Naija we dey live.

Here in Oron, Akwa Ibom State. We have light at month ending when they are about to collect Bill, after collecting the bill no light.

It last between 15-30 minute.

If they only bring it at all.

One day, thunderbolt will visit them.

Ugwuachara Ebonyi state, 3 days on 1 day off. And most times the light is half current and comes mostly at night, very sad for business owners within that axis who use electricity for their business.

I see Nigeria enjoying uninterrupted Power supply when southern Nigeria gains her Independence from Northern Nigeria.

This I have seen.
And it's almost 24/7 in town. Especially Ezza road

I have even forgotten about NEPA and what they do since

If all parts of Nigeria will be like CBD, light here is 18/20 hours but we use prepaid meters.

I'm in Gbagada.

Light is extremely good. There's always light. It was on for about 4 days at a stretch till yesterday morning. Then they took it and brought it back in the evening and it's been on since then. Mende's light is also extremely good.

Even my parents, who live in Lekki, are jealous of the amount of light I get

This I have seen.

The only way we can get uninterrupted power supply with or without secession is when we pay the power company at the prices they want to be paid.

We don't have power because we don't allow our power companies to earn enough money to make a profit

23-24hrs unless there is a rainfall. When there is a rainfall, it take 7-24hrs before power is restore.

When there is a power outage, we call AEDC office and immediately they respond to our complain.

We are enjoying the benefit of prepare meter. No light, no pay.
