Here in ibadan, ring road area... The light is now super stable but we are paying through our nose no thanks to prepaid meter.

In elebu, we have 20hrs a day, sometimes 2 days without going off

Honestly... I enjoy minimum of 23 hours of light daily in phc.

Make lie no kee you! PH has light problems and one hardly gets 10hrs cumulative light in a day.

U think because u have electricity where u live, then every other area should have and if they don't have, then it is transformer issue.
