mastersammy:I stand to be corrected please, but isn’t this information you are dishing out wrong? I have been made to understand and also read here from gurus in the past that once someone’s study permit application is already in process, applying for a new admission with another school and obtaining another Letter of Acceptance from another school will mean the person has to apply for a fresh and brand new Study Permit with IRCC ![]() |

Lizabeth36:Good Morning Liz, Honestly, your agent is hiding something from you. Canada does update their websites from time to time but the server isn't down as we speak. I'll recommend you visit him/ her in person and request your details. Best of Luck. |
| Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 20 by Toopee: 10:14am On Sep 08, 2021 |
jimogh111:It is not wrong. You can submit an acceptance letter from another school IF your application is STILL IN PROGRESS. Once PPR is issued, you cannot do that, else you apply for Visa again. |

Hello good people, I trust that my message will find you well. App filled 15/5/21, upfront medical 4/8/21. I have raised web forms, mailed Nairobi yet nothing except "we are reviewing your medical result" which is the only change on my app till date.i later mailed 3P-M but only two of them replied saying "they can only help people who are currently in Canada at the moment".School proposed online class with a good refund policy closed to the end of August due to delay from IRCC to which I subscribed. Part of the online registration policy state " filling for online class registration is not a guarantee of registration due to limited space". Now I have not received any notice of registration confirmation or means of classes delivery ( zoom or any link) from conestoga even after I have sent remainder mails about my online class status(I am September intake).Just this morning I login to my acc on the student portal to discover that I already have scheduled activities ( class by 9am). Pls what can I do, I am seriously depending on professional guidance from gurus here to see me through to my victory. Many thanks.Regards |

jimogh111:Your entitle to your own opinion okay and the idea of getting new LOA from another school meaning applying fresh study visa,I don't know about that and I can't say your wrong or right, perhaps other gurus should put mouth in this,we all open to learn. But for the fact the school refuse to defer the applicant program,he or she is left with the option to apply for another program in the same School and as for changing school, that's my opinion I could be wrong though but other gurus should talk more on this |

funola:Initially when you used the webform to enquire, you must have made a mistake by clicking or chosen wrong section or information and you weren't being specific. So this made it difficult for them to attend to your enquiry and they can't access your file bcus of wrong submission of info. So they want you to make use of the webform again correctly and follow the information they sent to you by filling them, this way it will enable them to attend to your file. |

I apply for University1 fr my previous application going for nursing because i have my certificate as auxillary nurse after my Bsc i went for auxillary nurse training. Working as auxillary nurse currently. I am deciding may be i should go for Baccalaureate diploma (health care management) because i have Bsc (edu) biology then auxillary nurse training. Hope showing the bsc after i didn't show it BFR is not a red flag....... |

Bayor65:Aaaaah omor, don't go and shoot yourself at the leg by making ircc to refuse your Visa bcus of your constant disturbance. It appears the enquiry you sent to them, they have provided answers to it initially but you went ahead and send another one, that's why they told you to go back to their previous response to you that the answer and information you seek are there. Pls do yourself a favor for your sake and stop writing to them for atleast 2months or more bcus it's obvious they are beginning to see your enquiry as disturbance. If you ignore their warning and write to them again, this will cause a chain reaction that will make them to refuse your Visa even if they are considering approving it bcus your demonstrating Desperation here and that's a red flag. For your sake and the sake of your app, stop writing to ircc for now for atleast 3months if possible and wait for them to contact you, failure to have patience with them then your app will suffer for it |
