Don't panic okay relax, your still on track and nothing has changed. What you will do is apply for another Admission in another school or you can choose to wait for Saskatchewan since they waitlist you. But you better hurry up and secure another LOA from another school or the same school so that if ircc wants to give you visa and they request for additional document from you which is New LOA then you will submit it to them immediately.
If you get new LOA from another school or change course, forward it to ircc and explain the situation to them the reason why you change school or change course bcus the other school refuse to defer your program , of course they will understand , so relax your still on track I stand to be corrected please, but isn’t this information you are dishing out wrong? I have been made to understand and also read here from gurus in the past that once someone’s study permit application is already in process, applying for a new admission with another school and obtaining another Letter of Acceptance from another school will mean the person has to apply for a fresh and brand new Study Permit with IRCC |

Hello good people, I trust that my message will find you well. App filled 15/5/21, upfront medical 4/8/21. I have raised web forms, mailed Nairobi yet nothing except "we are reviewing your medical result" which is the only change on my app till date.i later mailed 3P-M but only two of them replied saying "they can only help people who are currently in Canada at the moment".School proposed online class with a good refund policy closed to the end of August due to delay from IRCC to which I subscribed. Part of the online registration policy state " filling for online class registration is not a guarantee of registration due to limited space". Now I have not received any notice of registration confirmation or means of classes delivery ( zoom or any link) from conestoga even after I have sent remainder mails about my online class status(I am September intake).Just this morning I login to my acc on the student portal to discover that I already have scheduled activities ( class by 9am). Pls what can I do, I am seriously depending on professional guidance from gurus here to see me through to my victory. Many thanks.Regards |

Hi Chief,
Am also quite confused as regards the bolded, try get across to the gurus on this for a Professional response
Based on my own opinion,
I feel you have two options here
1) If you have a minimum of 2.1, and you don't have obvious study gaps, like less than 3-years (when you graduated from the university), you can try go for a Research-based masters in CHEMICAL ENGINEERING or related program.
Go through the contents in the links below for that:

https://www.nairaland.com/5818588/canadian-student-visa-thread-part/230#92869138
2) You can go for a PG.CERT in Business Analytics cos the program is based on your Job Experience
PG. Cert in Business Analytics programs

AWAIT MORE CONTRIBUTIONS FROM THE HOUSE
Good luck!!!! thank you sir for your detailed response, i appreciate graduated with 2.1 in 2010 so i guess option 1 is a No NO for me cos of the study gap for option 2, (Business Analytics). please do you know if there is any funding opportunities that is available ? God bless you |

But for the fact the school refuse to defer the applicant program,he or she is left with the option to apply for another program in the same School and as for changing school, that's my opinion I could be wrong though but other gurus should talk more on this |

Please accept our condolences... The Good Lord will grant your wife and family comfort. May this new journey birth everlasting joy. metrecube: Its PPR My wife got her passport request yesterday morning and also lost her dad in the same hour. It was a mixed development.
First Application Submitted on October 14th 2020 Delayed on January 15th 2021
Reasons for refusal Purpose of visit Personal asset and financial status
We ordered for GCMS and discovered that the Visa Officer misunderstood her course of study. She has bachelor of Technology in Management and Accounting from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology(Lautech offers B.Tech for almost all their courses and not Bsc like other non technological school). The VO Claimed that she has Bachelor degree in Technology Management and Accounting (Instead of Bachelor of Technology in Management and Accounting)and that the course doesn’t relate with Business Management.
Second Application Submited on May 14th 2021 Upfront medical uodated to pass on June 7th 2021 PPR on September 7th 2021 School: University Canada West Program: MBA
What we did to tackle the first refusal Justmellow of GCMSWRITERS wrote a well worded and detailed LOE to address the concerns raised by VO and redrafted her SOP. Justmellow also insisted we pay one year tuition fee and raise GIC of 10,000cad to tackle personal asset and financial status. We made the payment and raised GIC I made her a director and shareholder in my company and i started paying her salary every month. I made sure it reflected on my company website and CAC documents that she’s one of our directors. We have two cars registered in her name for UBER BUSINESS, we submitted the agreement with the driver and the payment reflects in her personal account on monthly basis. All these to tackle personal asset and financial status.
Documents submitted Client Information Transcript Certificate IELTS certificate Land documents Cars documents Uber agreement Family pictures Children passport and birth certificates
Proof of fund Sponsor: Husband Co sponsor: wife Applicant MBS of N3.8M showing salary from husband company and uber business monthly payment. Husband MBS of around N4.8M and also domiciliary account with 28,000USD A year tuition receipt GIC Certificate Pension statement
I think those are the major documents submitted.
This is the Lord’s doing and it is marvelous in our eyes. All the glory belongs to God.
Thanks to justmellow for what he’s doing here. Although i paid him for the service but the value gotten from him was beyond the payment. If you can not DIY pls contact him. 1 Like |

Box 1013 | Rue Limuru, B.P. 1013 00621 - Nairobi, Kenya Canadian High Commission | Haut Commissariat du Canada Government of Canada | Gouvernement du Canada Aaaaah omor, don't go and shoot yourself at the leg by making ircc to refuse your Visa bcus of your constant disturbance. It appears the enquiry you sent to them, they have provided answers to it initially but you went ahead and send another one, that's why they told you to go back to their previous response to you that the answer and information you seek are there. Pls do yourself a favor for your sake and stop writing to them for atleast 2months or more bcus it's obvious they are beginning to see your enquiry as disturbance. If you ignore their warning and write to them again, this will cause a chain reaction that will make them to refuse your Visa even if they are considering approving it bcus your demonstrating Desperation here and that's a red flag. For your sake and the sake of your app, stop writing to ircc for now for atleast 3months if possible and wait for them to contact you, failure to have patience with them then your app will suffer for it 4 Likes |
