If your mother has plenty of children, you can join. For me, I can't join until Yusuf Buhari and Osinbajo's children join the army.

I have full info on how you can join the military, I have friends in their, I have brothers in their and I have cousins too in the military and all are in senior officers position from Col to brigadier general.
But I will not advice you to join the military at this time their are crises in ever part of the country, you might not even have a stable life plan as you will be posted almost every 4months to different part of the country.
You have got a good grade from the university, I will advice you to go for your masters in the UK or US

short service command is usually in June.

But if you are not joining because of love for it, and passion to serve the country, then I would advice you to do business instead.

Those who passed out from NDA have it better in the army.

try short service ...not sure when they will roll out application forms for the next admission but you can just stay tuned..below is the link to the last news about it.

I left infantry around OCT 2001 , I Left Because I Dont Want To Die , we do battalion wasa { or something i've forgotten }. Thats when soldiers come back from peace keeping or so . The celebrations that some come back home alive while some will be sad because of death or go injured . I had a rethink seeing some people crying and i ask myself IS THIS WHAT MY PARENTS AND SIBLINGS WE GO THROUGH too ?
I left that barack o . I have juniors that my friend had told me about their death in the hand of this political boko haram .
Me i am a free person , i dont want to be under control of anybody wey go disturb my little life .

You will need to go in through a process known as Direct Short Service Commission (DSSC).

You will get commissioned as a 2nd Lt ( 1 star)

Why not go for NAF or NAVY?

You will do SHORT SERVICE. It used to be 6months but I hear it's 12 months now and it's VERY VERY COMPETITIVE. if you're super intelligent, then go ahead and apply but if not, just look for a General who will recommend you.

One most important thing that you need is certificate of state of origin declaring you as a Fulani. You also need to find some ways to learn Fulfulde as added advantage.

And hey, one other thing: ensure you change to a Muslim a D adopt a Muslim name.

Once all these are ready, you don't even need to do interview before your name will show up on the shortlisted candidafes' list.

Iam a retired soldier and so,l can advise you better base on my experience in military. Thank God you have finished your degree. Unfortunately, you should
have entered as direct cadet officer through NDA.The implication of this is that if you enter now through direct short service commission, you might not be able to reach the peak of your career as a soldier. Nonetheless, you can be something. In all the three armed forces, you can be shortlisted to do DSSC.(Direct short service commission.) in their training camp usually in Kaduna. Good luck.
