Note: Pls the gurus in the ouz! I need more enlightenment; my school ( Conestoga) resumed September 7th, 2021 and due to the delay in visa processing I deferred the admission to the next intake (Spring) on May 9th, 2022 in which the new LOA was received yesterday. My questions are

1. how long would the visa still be valid to embark on the journey?
2. when is the best time to embark on the journey?
3. Is it still necessary to send the new LOA through Webform?

Thank you all and may we all be favored.

If you send the new admission letter, it will replace the outdated one.

What journey? If you mean, when to travel upon being granted a visa, 1-3months before class resumes

SEND ASAP as you cant tell if thats whats delaying your app.

I just got a refusal from IRCC.

The reasons are:

1. Purpose of Study
2. Personal Assets and Financial Status

I have ordered my GCMS notes.

The first concern, I should be able to address that. My problem is the second reason: personal asset and financial status. How do I address that considering that I am being sponsored 100% by a sibling.

I'm in my mid 30s (Male) and presently in my account, I don't have more than 100K there. I have a very small business, but income from this goes to family upkeep.

Please, is there anyone who has been in my situation? What did you do to get approval after your previous approval was denied on the basis of personal assets and financial status.

Thanks in anticipation.

Who was the your sponsor
how much was in the account
were there lump sums.

I have a question. I intend using a landed property and husband as home tie. However, the package to purchase this land is to pay installmentally for 2 years after which the land documents are given to the client. At the point of starting this installmental payment, an offer letter of this agreement is given to the client. if I start this package this month, can I use this offer letter given to me for the land as a proof in my application to serve as a home tie?

Hello House, please, I urgently need your advice. My issue goes thus. I'm currently in the process of getting CAS to process my study visa in the UK and just yesterday I got another admission to Concordia University Montreal, Canada. While I have paid 3000 Pound deposit already for the uni in the UK, I'm tempted to still go for this Canada being that it will be easier to stay back after study but I want to ask if it is possible to be processing both visas concurrently without any negative implication since both countries share data.

Also, since it is possible UK VISA outcome might come out first positively by God's grace, is it possible Canada result hamper the outcome of the UK's especially if it is negative, though I hope for the best, I need to be sure before I start this Canada study permit process.

Canada processing time is3-5months, therefore if you are considering canada, REASON AM WELL O.

Meaning can you wait knowing by then UK would obviously come out positive..

Theres no negative implication but they share information meaning both countries will know.

Hello Good people, I did my first application last year which was supported with a medical and I was refused April this year. I responded to the concerns raised by the visa officer with a LoE during my second application which I submitted my previous medical slip given to me by Qlife.
On Monday I raised a webform concerning my medicals not reflecting and also sent an email to the 3 different visa offices London, Nairobi and Accra.
On Tuesday afternoon I received a medical request from IRCC to proceed for my medical probably the first one was invalid. I made all the arrangements with IOM and Qlife. Was given a date for October 14 for Qlife while I am yet to get a response from IOM on a date.
Today I got just say an email from the Nairobi office which acknowledged the receipt of my webform. My creator told me to check my GCkey and to my surprise I saw that my medical was passed and has reflected. Do I need to still carry on with the medical request.
Attached is the update I saw today.

May the Almighty bestow upon us whatever is good on us.

That 412 is definitely official rate for USD. CIBC, flywire and the rest will generate the invoice in USD and then transmit the CAD equivalence to the school. So the form A will still be filled with the USD official rate which has been 412 for some months now.

DestinationCann:
Online rate is parallel market and not official rate.

Go to your bank to pay your school fees please.
It's cheaper in bank. Just tell them you want to pay school fees and you'll be given a form A to fill.

Generate bank details from your school. Most schools use CIBC.

Gurus in the house, please help me out.

My brother is my sponsor. For his bank statement, he is using his company's account ( I also work with the company)

My question is this. When he wants to send the 10,000 living expenses to my account, is he supposed to send it from his personal account, his company account or it dosent matter which one he uses.

Please note that he is using his company's account for statement.

I look forward to your responses.

Thank you.

Th

Why is he using a company account.. why not have the money from the company sent to your account.

For the 10k, you can transfer from his personal account. ensure you include a gift deed as transaction description.

Hello my people, is it possible to book flight on KLM without paying now ?

It's only possible to delay payment when you choose to pay by bank transfer. However, the booking reservation will be automatically cancelled after 48 hours if payment is not made.

Hi, the document will show that you are going to be paying installments monthly. I think you shouldn't use it for the following reasons:

1) Technical, the land doesn't belong to you until you pay the final installment
2) paying monthly instalment means you'll be taking out money money. The VO expects to see where that payment will come from.

It only means you have to show enough source of monthly income to show you will be able to pay the instalment monthly in Nigeria and still take care of yourself in Canada. Please keep in mind that you are only entitled to 20hrs of weekly work (you don't even consider that in determining how much you have oo).

Use your family i.e spouse and children(if you are married with children), parents, siblings, current work as home ties instead.

You can include it sha if you can explain how you'll pay the instalment while you are a full time student in Canada.

1. My brother

2. I don't want to state the figure, but after settling the fees and every other expenses associated with the program, what is left in his account won't be up to $2,000.

He has a job in Canada. His mindset is to settle the tuition now and travel expenses, and provide the other funds on a monthly basis.

3. No lump sums.

Good morning friends,

Please I have a question, my sister that was refused used an agent that is based in Canada. He told her not be checking her application status because IRCC will flag her application for being accessed by a Nigerian IP address and a Canadian IP address. I told her it doesn't make sense for them to do that because obviously the applicant is in Nigeria. The agent discouraged her from seeing anything on the application or from even logging in to see based on this but I feel like it's not true. She also accepted it because she is very busy at work and didn't have to follow the process.

We are planning to reapply after GCMS notes arrive and she is planning to use the same guy (for whatever reason). I want to be able to tell her that she can be checking this time. Friends, have any of you heard of this being a reason for refusal? I appreciate your urgent responses because we fought over this yesterday and are currently not speaking

Thank you
