Do not arrest that man or else the whole news would become viral, never make that mistake, if there is any way u can make underground DNA test on the guy before going public, Do it!!! it would be a big shame if all allegations turned out to be false because from your writing this news has changed your pH scale from neutral to acidic, you are not calm and collected again.
