But you see trying to ask a girl out online (non dating site) and persuading her,sweet talking her,e.t.c.My energy is not made for that.

You can then take the online relationship (from the dating site) offline...soft work

Introverts are self-confidence people to begin with, we only get drained when consumed by people.

That being said, starting up relationship depends on individual and personality types. Some introverts may prefer to start offline while some may prefer online. Some might have no issues either ways. It's a thing of choice. As Same goes for extroverts.

Remember the fact that we are more comfortable indoor doesn't mean we do not go to school, work and few other places when necessary, that's enough for a meetup
