Hello Decluttergirl

Before applying for a Canadian Study permit Visa, you must have an LOA from a DLI. An LOA is one of the major documents required to apply for a study permit application.
So in your case, for the school to issue you your LOA, they require you to pay $1000CAD, after which they will issue you your LOA and you can then apply for your Visa with the LOA..

Why go for a Diploma when you can go for a Masters's program(1st class, 2nd Class Upper) or a Postgraduate Program(2nd class Lower, 3rd class).. Yea, some peeps have gotten their Visa with an Advanced Diploma LOA, but as a BSc graduate, you have more chances of getting your Visa if you either go for a Masters program or a Post graduate Program..

Peace

Good morning Makano , I trust you're doing great. God bless you for all the help and support to this great forum, it is well appreciated.

I plan to resubmit my application which was denied earlier, could you please review my LOE to be sure I have addressed the singular issue raised by the VO.
I sent you a DM already, thank you.

Yes, your sibling in Canada can attach her Canadian statement of account. You just need to prove that you wont be dependent on her when you get there. She can also send small funds to your Naira account to show commitment as well.

Kudos to everyone helping in one way or the other.

Please can anyone be kind enough to send me sample SOP for Business Administration. (iamleye@gmail.com)

Secondly, my mum will be my sponsor, she has a business but not registered with CAC. No business account but have a personal account for her business (All this old women with no formal education, so they don’t feel cac or business account is necessary) How do I explain this to the VO?

Lastly, I have a sister leaving in Canada, can she sponsor me with her Naija account or better still her Canadian account.

She is currently sponsoring my mum on a super visa to Canada. The application is still inside, is it a good idea for her to sponsor me or should I just use my mum?

I shall await your kind response.

Regards,

Oluleye

The 1k fee is compulsory to retain your seat. You can choose to pay your tuition deposit after you get your PPR.

Decluttergirl:
Hi everyone, happy Sunday.
For Nova Scotia community College (NSCC), do I have to pay full tuition ahead or half? I saw something like a confirmation fee of $1000, is that what I have to pay before I can apply for a visa?

Also, what are the chances of a 20 year old with a B.Sc in a health related course getting approved for Practical nursing Diploma from a 2 year college?

Would really appreciate responses to my questions. May God bless us all.

This is for some courses especially Tech related ones.

Oh they recently stop direct application for Nigeria applicant. right now, you can only submit your application through their Agent provider from Nigeria. You can email the admission office to confirm it thou.

Good morning guys, please….I plan to use my sponsors account and mine for my application, but mine is not ready yet, is it possible to submit my application now with just my sponsor’s own, then send mine after two days
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 20 by bigsolo: 8:52am On Nov 08, 2021
Can you show sample of your enrollment letter?
Normally, it is the admitted department that will show on the face of the letter.
Courses you registered can be changed at any time before close of registration and it has no effect.

The fastest way is to pay with your dollar card. I did the same form A will take 2weeks and i had to pay before the deadline.
I used for A and I was debited in 3 days.my school sent my receipt after like 7 working days so it depends on the bank

Well... It all depends, if you can convincingly explain the source of the lump sum in your SOP.

The gurus will expansiate better on this.

Hello awitness

I have replied your DM..

And hope you ordered your GCMS notes before writing your LOE, reason is because I review LOE with the concerns of the Visa Officer in the GCMS note.. I do not review with guess work..

Peace

Hello Decuttergirl

Yes you can, only on the condition that you choose a course of study that is related to your present Job position/description or business..

But in the case you do not have a Job or business, kindly choose a Job that relates to your bachelors..

Peace
Decluttergirl:

Thanks for the advice, can I do postgrad in something totally unrelated to what I did in my bachelors?
